We will discuss numerous ways to remove unfit genes from the gene pool, such as removal of those that carry the genes, sterilization, and such."

Ic- It was eight in the morning at the Miklos Horthy Hotel in Jackson City, Mississippi. Doctors Baldur Von Schacht, Arthur Frick, Alfred Speer, and Manfred Eichman were readying for the first hours of the conference. The other doctors were going to be speaking at later times during the conference. The opening remarks would be made by Arthur Frick, regarding the flawed concept of the welfare state as sought after by many liberals.


The doctor rose and took the podium, dressed in his sharp suit and jacket he smiled as he started to speak, not needing notes at all.

"The concept of the welfare state, as perceived by the liberal elitists of the modern world, the so-called 'enlightened' people of the world, is an inherently flawed and muddled idea. It goes on the assumption that natural selection is not a good method to decide who is fit to survive and who is not. Rather through social programs, the liberal governments remove natural selection as a factor in our lives and they keep alive, through welfare, those who otherwise die due to their being grossly unfit to survive in the struggle that is life."

"The inherent inferiority of the Negroid and Semitic genetics are a clear indicator of their biological unfitness to survive in this world. And nothing should be done to improve their condition or else it is to the detriment of the fit, the Aryan man, because the funds wasted on negroes and Jews can be better spent on the fit Aryan who should be encouraged to breed often."

He pointed to charts and diagrams that showed brain and skull sizes, ratios, etc, of the different races.

He spoke for another twenty minutes before pausing, "Are there any questions of what we have covered thus far?"

Dr Avel was horrified as he sat and listened to the speaker.

"I'm sorry. I was not aware that we would be discussing arcane ideas such racial superiority and inferiority. I was led to believe we would be here to discuss real science and not some cockamimmy hate non-sense"

Frick chuckled, "Well, we have real science. Our eugenicists and geneticists have been able to prove white racial supremacy beyond a shadow of a doubt... I think now might be a good time to turn the floor over to our expert in this area... Field Marshal and Doctor, Baldur Von Schacht... Let's give him a round of applause..."


Every Mississippian in the room stood and clapped as loud as they could for thirty seconds while Schacht took the podium.

He started with a brief introduction, "Yes, I am the famous creator of the IG-BS Strain, the one and only, Dr. Baldur Von Schacht..."

He turned to face the crossman delegate, "I would have you know that in the course of my work, I have studied over ten thousand jewish and negroid brains, and compared them to several dozen white brains. Here, I have diagrams..." (He starts showing pictures of dissected brains, and autopsies he conducted) "As you can clearly see here, the cranial cavity of the negro is such that higher intellectual activity is severely hampered... The jutting jaw is another clear badge of inferiority, almost ape-like in appearance, aren't they?"


He spoke for the next two hours, showing pictures, diagrams, and other evidence that was of such a nature it was obvious he only obtained it through atrocious medical experiments on people who were either still alive or had been killed for the sake of the experiments.

Avel sat and listened and watched. He was simply horrified at the blatant atrocities that had been committed for the sake of "science". Horror after horror was presented to the assembled scientists.
He thought, Surely they can't all fall for this non sense. When I return to the Imperium I must inform the Emperor of these ghastly deeds. Something must be done to stop this madness.

The Ankhmeti group arrived, they took seats and watched the 'scientist'. Horrified, but transfixed. One of them began to reach into his pocket, slowly.

Dr Avel looked down to check his digital recorder. The Emperor would have to believe him if he had proof of the horrible things being said here.

After a few minutes, he looks around, cautiously (sp?) and pulls a dark object, obscured by his black trenchcoat. Then all hell broke loose. The Mississipian security guards had noticed him, and bellowed at him to stand up. He grinned, a pulled a glock-17 porcelain gun from his pocket. It had been stripped down and put into the lining of his coat. With a broad smile on his face, he opened fire on the 'scientists' in the hall, his companions doing the same.With a shout of 'FOR THE SCORPION!' they fired, but were quickly gunned down by the Mississipi forces.

The man smiled, "Work could consist of a program designed by Dr. Fritz Ernst and Dr. Alfred Speer in conjunction with Dr. Baldur Von Schacht. The program would roughly be a fourteen to sixteen hour work day, six days a week, with usually five soild days of rest every two months. Rations fixed at eight hundred calories per farm laborer, twelve hundred per coal miner, fifteen hundred per uranium miner... The rations vary with the nature of the labor... The goal being to maximize profit and minimize costs... That would be getting into economics and that is when I'd suggest you speak with either Dr. Ernst or Dr. Speer."

Franz Schacht raised his hand, "Dr. Thaller, sir, what about work that is too dangerous or too complicated for the moronic to handle?"

Thaller smiled and nodded, "Well then one could use people who are mentally capable of understanding the task at hand, but for various reasons are deemed undesirable and their genetic proliferation therefore must be controlled... However some of the side effects are that the one undergoing the treatment will not be as quick on their feet and will be less able to react to tense situations and as such they should be in an occupation free from stress.."

He smiled, "In 2001, I also developed a cure for malaria, and a cure for the IG-BS virus came in 2003 after my 2002 cure and vaccine for Ebola... I have over the last twenty years, developed cures or vaccines for no less than twelve different viruses. I owe all this great work to the fact that there were never shortages of convicted criminals in the Curtis regime... Any convicted of rape or murder were offered a reduced sentence if they joined the medical research studies... Those that survived, we honored our agreements and released them. Those that died, well they were all on death row for murder and so their alternative would have been death by hanging many years earlier... Any questions thus far?"

Although President Gistarai recognizes the right of the attending nations to say whatever they want to say, he has chosen to draw a line with actual implementation. The U.S.S. will not stand idly by while they spread their psuedoscience of hatred and prejudice."

Another reporter waved his hand. "Mr. Secretary, Reuters News, John Sabastian. Is that a threat?"

Cassell shook his head. "No, it's merely a statement. The U.S.S. will allow them to talk all they like, but it condemns any actual eugenics programs. And if the U.S.S. discovers any such programs underway, we may be provoked to seek an audience with the UN Security Council to discuss possible repercussions for such research."

The United Imperium of Crossman would like to point out that we are not "right-wing, lunatic-fringe nation". Our delegate is attending the conference under the belief that it would be an actual scientific conference and not the barbaric hate convention it has turned into. General Manfred Eichman (42) Was the inspector general of all the concentration camps. Supported the idea for VX gas chambers. Married and has a large number of children. IQ 148.

Field Marshal Dr. Baldur von Schacht “Doctor Of Death” (43) The overall commander of Special Weaponry research and development. He earned his nickname by conducting experiments with chemical and biological weapons on people (convicted felons). He also conducts high-altitude, temperature, and other experiments on POWs and detainees. Came up with the idea for VX gas chambers to get rid of opponents of the Fabus Regime. Rich, handsome, charming, he is also the most intelligent and imaginative doctor in DA. General Gunther Thaller (45) He was notorious commandant of North Jackson #17 detainment camp (it was shut down by Roger Fabus after Curtis resigned, since Roger shut all gulags and camps down). He is a brigade commander in the 2nd Republican Guard Division. He has personally executed detainees for taking fruit from “his trees”. He considered anything inside the camp to be his and unless permission is asked it is stealing to take it. CEO of Thaller Advanced Aeronautics Corporation. Current Minister of Aeronautics, the head of project “White Light”. He founded the Volunteer Guard in 1977 and led them until about 1986 at which time his brother Herman Von Thaller took over leadership. 6’3, 193lbs. Blonde hair, blue eyes. IQ 149.

Field Marshal Otto Witt (44) Field Marshal in the High Command, director of the Fabus Youth, he was responsible for the 1987 law that mandated membership in the Fabus Youth. He is one of the staunchest supporters of the Fabus regime and the National Front Party. His son Fritz Witt is the commander of the 31st (formerly 30th) Republican Guard Armored Division, the original Fabus Youth Division. IQ 162

Governor-General/ Field Marshal John “Genocide Johnny” Tallmadge (38) Governor-General of Mississippian Egypt Field Marshal who was involved in the operation in Hatarian Mammalia, originally as a general in the 11th parachute division. His combat drugs, along with those of his soldiers, were illegally altered by shady doctors and he finally managed to kill the doctors responsible. He is the Duke of Marsa Matruh in Mississippian Egypt. He is a very handsome man and when not affected by the combat drugs, he is very calm and has little or no temper.He committed numerous genocides against non-whites and non-christians, over 400,000 were killed under his authority or on his orders in Yugoslavia, Tennessee, Chechnya, Western Sahara, Angola, Libya, Ohio, and Kentucky. He had one son, aged 17, who was in the Republican Guard until he was killed in action in late August in Mississippian Egypt in a terrorist attack. IQ 152.

Minister of Finance Alfred “The Money Man” Speer (42) He is the minister of finance for Decisive Action and one of his sons (Karl Speer) is a youth sgt training for the Republican Guard. Speer mainly oversees allocation of proper funds and labor to government projects. He is a very intelligent man (IQ 188) and they call him “The Money Man”. He was heavily involved in the forced labor camps as he worked out the projected profits and costs that the camps would produce. He was not involved with the death camps. 6’0, 172lbs. Red hair, blue eyes. IQ 188.

Minister of Economics Fritz “The Calculator” Ernst (42) He is the minister of economics for DA, brother of Wilhelm Ernst. He is a very intelligent man (IQ 191) and he earned his nickname after some of his peers said, “Fritz is like a calculator.” The nickname stuck. He is tasked with working out projected industrial production, making sure things are properly allocated etc. He was involved with the forced labor camps, but not the death camps. 5’11, 168lbs. Blonde hair, blue eyes. IQ 191.

Minister of Paramilitary Operations Slobodan Karloff (40) Hard-line right-winger who firmly supports the use of paramilitary and proxy armies in conflicts DA cannot get directly involved in. He oversees the allocation of funds to the WKM paramilitary units, the Popular army units, and “other units”. 6’0, 180lbs. Blonde hair, blue eyes. IQ 163.


Minister of the Interior Arthur Frick (40) He is the minister of the Interior for Decisive Action. He is a firm believer in the Revolutionary Right Party and Curtis Fabus. Was a paratrooper from 1983-1985 (medical discharge after injured in combat). His main responsibility is drafting, signing, and administering laws. 6’4, 192lbs. Brown hair, blue eyes. IQ 163.

Dr Avel sat back in his seat and stretched. This conference was quite an interesting event. Not what he had expected, but he was here none the less. He got up and walked out of the room to get a bite to eat, not that he had much of an apetite after what he had heard and seen.

Dr. Avel is head of the Crossmanian Research and Development department. He also does some of his own research on the side.

Warner was visibly trembling with disgust at the impudence of the Mississipian "doctors". They had betrayed and violated virtually every single tenet of the Hippocratic Oath, sacred to all practitioners of medicine.

He stormed out of the confrence room, carrying his suitcase, notes, and brown bag lunch.

Warner is the head of the Socotra Insitute of Technology's Division of Biological Sciences. He's most famous for his work on isolating malformed and mutant genes, as well as his manipulation of engineered retroviruses to deliver beneficial code to a subject's DNA.

Also well-known for his work on the Morning Musume project, the Tyrandis version of super-soldiers.

Field Marshal Dr. Baldur von Schacht walked passed the doctor from Avadria and suddenly stopped, sensing the man had no idea of what to do or where to go. Baldur chuckled, "Are you hungry? Follow me, I'll show you where we go to eat."

A look of absolute relief flashed across the doctors face. "Oh yes, that would be wonderful." Dr. Reikan said before following the Mississippian Doctor. "I don't think I could go any longer on without some food" He said as they walked along. The Doctor laughed at his comment in a vain attempt to break the ice.

Schacht led the man to a private dinning room where a few other doctors were already sitting down to eat. He recognized a few of them from the conference.

He also recognized one of the men who had not been at the conference but was there in the room eating, Curtis Fabus, he knew him from years of Mississippian propaganda films.

Doctor Reikan was surprised to see all of the Mississippian doctors from the conference the room. He felt out of place in the room. Not only was he the only foreigner, he had never regarded himself as the greatest doctor. His contributions to the world of medicine had been far and few between.

Either way, he still remained in an upbeat mood and food was the main thing on his mind. Once he had some then he'd talk medicine.

At the table, Alfred Speer and Fritz Ernst were eating while discussing economics data regarding the military expenditures for the next three months. Their figures both matched and indeed there was a surplus of money that could be spent to research something called the MiG-49 Kluxer, Dr Reikan wondered just what it was, something to do with a fighter aircraft no doubt.


Gunther Thaller glared at the doctor and then snorted, "Hey you, Avadrian, didn't my sister, Helga, run off to your nation with some diplomat?"



Ooc- We should do something with that theme there, her and the diplomat. (Gunther and Herman Thaller aren't going to like the fact she is not in Mississippi)

Doctor Reikan quirked an eyebrow. He wasn't quite sure what they were talking about, but he had somewhat of an idea. Rumors and snide jokes had been circulating through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs about one of their diplomats stealing a woman away from her nation (Mississippi no doubt). The Rumors and jokes had passed over to some of the other branches and Dr. Reikan had caught word of it. However he wasn't one to care much about workplace drama.

"You know, I think I heard something about that..." The Doctor said meekly. He wasn't an expert on the subject and preferred to stay out of the loop. However he had heard that the situation was shaking a few things up regarding citizenship and what not.

"Some foreign diplomat running off to Avadria with one of ours... I'm not certain on the details of the whole thing though..." He said, shifting in his chair uncomfortably.

OOC: Sure, it'll be a bit tough to weave, since Dr. Reikan isn't associated with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on a regular basis, except of course in this matter. So he had heard a few things but he's not going to know everything about it.

Gunther leaned back and propped both of his custom leather officer's boots on the table, he took his pistol out of the holster and stroked it, "As soon as I find that asshole that seduced my sister, he's going to get some of this!" He then aimed across the room and fired at a row of liquor bottles. The other delegates all chuckled, Schacht shook his head, "Shoot outside, please..."

"Ah... and I'm certain that will go over well..." He muttered sarcastically. Despite his remarks, Dr. Reikan felt even more uneasy in the room. After all, how can a man feel safe having lunch with a man who's taking pot shots across the room?

Gunther detected the sarcasm and he calmly pushed his chair back got up and walked over to the doctor. He lifted the man up from his chair and rammed him into the nearby wall, jamming the pistol in his face, "Is something funny!" he spat as he shouted, "Your trash dump of a nation allows its citizens to rape other nation's women! How is that funny!"

Doctor Reikan was taken completely by surprise by the assault. Unable to adjust his glasses, they slipped to the bottom of his nose.

Although Wilhelm wasn't much of a fighter (his years in the service were just a fond memory) he was immensly proud of his nation. The remark from Gunther set off a fire inside of him.

"How dare you call Avadria a-a trash dump!" He shouted, spittle falling on Gunther's face. "And how dare you accuse our nation of that filth! Not in war nor in peace is a single man... soldier, citizen, or diplomat allowed to rape!"
The Doctor continued, completely disregarding the pistol in front of him. He knew if Gunther were to fire, that there would be an immense amount of turmoil between the two nations.

"It would only take a half-assed, backwards minded nation like yours to think its people so pure as to not commit these crimes themselves! How do you know that your sister didn't seduce the diplomat!" Wilhelm shouted. He had knowingly broken one of the most severe codes for diplomacy and knew that he would most definately regret it. Dr. Reikan had tried his best from insulting the host nation but he couldn't help it, he felt what he said needed to be said.

Schacht had his hand on Gunther's shoulder and was attempting to calm him, but when the man suggested a Mississippian woman was anything other than pure and perfect, Schacht gasped, as did the entire room, a silence had fallen over them, nobody was eating, they were all watching Gunther... One of them shouted, "Shoot the bastard, we'll say he came at you with a knife!"

Gunther cocked the hammer back on the pistol and shoved it hard up against the side of the man's head, chuckling, "I'm going to make sure you don't survive long enough to try to rape any of our women, I know your kind, you'll want to do that... Say your prayers, if you even believe in God that is..."

He stared coldly at the man trying to hide the fear he was feeling. However through his years the Doctor had grown to accept fate. If he was to die then so be it. A moment of fear and then nothing. However it had been a secret desire of him to engage in what he regarded to be the greatest discovery a person can make. What happens when you die?

"Science is my only religion..." Wilhelm said, his cold blue eyes staring into Gunthers

Gunther smiled before he pulled the trigger. However, as he did so, he moved the gun to the right and the bullet went about an inch to the side of the man's head. Gunther started to laugh uncontrollably before he smashed his fist into the man's stomach and then turned to walk away. The other doctors present all erupted with laughter except for Schacht who simply shook his head and asked the man, "Are you okay?" he then kneeled down to help him up and whispered, "You shouldn't have insulted our nation like that, you're lucky to be alive... I'll talk to the others and apologize for you..."

Wilhelm closed his eyes as he saw Gunther's finger squeeze down on the trigger about to cast him off on a great journey. His eyes tightened as he heard the blast and oddly enough felt an immense pain in his stomach. The Doctor slumped to the floor coughing, his eyes opening and seeing the room erupt in laughter. However he could barely hear the noise through the ringing in his ears. He feared that he could be deaf in that ear.

Wilhelm did manage to understand Schacht's words of concern, although he curled his lip at remark about him insulting their country. Obviously someone's story was skewed.

Reikan shuffeled over to a chair at an empty table and sat down. He coughed several times and prodded his ear, hoping that his hearing would come back.

Gunther grumbled, "I'll the kill the bastard myself!" as he stood up and walked towards the door. Baldur looked at him and asked "Where are you going Gunther?"

Gunther tucked his pistol back into the holster, "Avadria, with a squad of MSAAS!"

Gunther stormed out of the hotel and then went off to get a squad of MSAAS soldiers that didn't mind going into another nation without permission, authorization, or even the government knowing about it. They'd wear no ensignia and carry no identification, they were going in on their own.


Back at the hotel Schacht sighed and decided everybody had enough excitement for the day and should get to sleep early for the conference to resume tomorrow at 6 am.


Meanwhile, Gunther and his squad were readying to infiltrate into Avadria by parachuting from a privately owned C-130.


Back at the hotel, everybody was sleeping because they were either tired or they realized that Schacht's orders were to be obeyed.

Doctor Reikan checked into his hotel room. He was regretting this whole trip but at the same time couldn't help but laugh at the chain of events that almost led him to his death. Going from lunch to an offhand comment and suddenly he's at gun-point.

The main reason he was also happy was that his hearing had come back in that ear and he could again enjoy full sound.

The Doctor was eager to go to sleep in the hopes that the day would be over with quickly.
