Welcome to Mad Munitions!

We at Intelligent Products have known for centuries how to make the finest Munitions in the world. We care for all our customers and appreciate their trade. All weapons here are what we deem unusual, either in the fact that they are uncommonly used, or that they have been exclusively designed.

Everything bought here will be tailored to make the weapons fit on/in your existing systems. By buying from this store you agree not to use any weapons against Intelligent Neighbors. No Nuclear arms will be sold to nations under 100 mill. pop and/or have been created this month.

AA=Anti Air
AS=Anti Ship
AT=Anti Tank (or Anti Armour)
AP=Anti Personnel

Awe King Missile (http://www.fas.org/man/dod-101/sys/missile/row/aspide.jpg) - AA

Can be surface or air launched. Conventional explosives but with new warhead structure, damage done is increased significantly. Several large shards of metal with a glass canister contained within containing very strong fluoro-antimonic acid make up the core of the warhead. When the missile hits the aircraft (plane or helicopter) the shards are thrown into the aircraft by the explosion. The force of this will break the inner glass canisters, releasing the acid into the inner workings of the target (the shard penetrates a little before breaking). If the explosion doesn't kill the craft, the acid will. The actual missile is highly accurate (like a Patriot) and fast. It is a long range fire and forget missile.

Cost:
$400,000

Hex missile (http://www.fas.org/man/dod-101/sys/missile/row/exocetmissile_photo2.jpg) - AS

Can be surface or air launched. This is a sea skimming missile that communicates with other Hex missiles fired to make sure that there are no multiple hits on one ship. The missiles track the larger ships first and weave in a random pattern to reach their target. The explosion generated is capable of at least crippling a carrier, if not sinking it. When these were tested in a war against an enemy navy, 10 missiles managed to knock out 7 ships, 4 of them carriers. The missile can be fired from out of firing range of the fleet and is fire and forget.

Cost:
$600,000

Hex II - AS

An improvement of the Hex missile, comes with a 50kT nuclear warhead, sure to cripple or destroy even a carrier!

Cost:
$1,200,000

Caebidium Bomb - AS

Containing Caebidium, a mixture of Caesium and Rubidium, this bomb will explode with a large bang when in contact with water. The bomb is designed to be dropped near enemy ships, where the conventional explosives explode when about 5m down. This throws the Caebidium into the water, where it reacts very violently and a large explosion occurs. This should cause the hull of the ship to crack a little. This bomb is also useful when dropped onto a ship, because it will explode, throwing Caebidium around. When sailors try to put out the fire with water, the Caebidium will react and explode. No aiming mechanisms come with this bomb, it just drops.

Cost:
$200,000

Incindery Bomb - AP

Phosphorous is sprayed from the bomb upon detonation. Phosphorous burns very viciously and causes massive injuries to unprotected soldiers. No aiming mechanisms come with this bomb, it just drops.

Cost:
$30,000

Phosphorous Tank Buster missile (http://www.fas.org/man/dod-101/sys/missile/row/bill3.jpg) - AT

This missile is air launched or fired from a Tank gun (Revenant, T-90, V-S1 only). It is a top attack missile that first penetrates the armour using a HEAT warhead, then sprays the inside (if full penetration of armour is acheived) with Phosphorous, burning crew and equipment.

Cost:
$300,000

Napalm - AP

This comes in a bomb or a shell. They have fast burning 'thick' napalm that is very sticky. Napalm is a burning semi-liquid substance. No aiming mechanisms come with the bomb, it just drops.

Cost:
Shell: $1,000
Bomb: $20,000

Napalm+ - AP

This comes in a bomb, missile or shell. They use specially developed napalm that contains Caebidium. This means that when water is put on the Napalm, the Caebidium reacts violently, causing another explosion. The missile is designed to be fired from a Tank gun (Revenant, T-90 only) or air launched. The missile fires toward wherever a laser designator is, then impacts, showering the area with Napalm+.

Cost:
Shell: $2,500
Bomb: $50,000
Missile: $300,000

Hydrogen anti tank missile - AT

This missile uses the gas hydrogen to create an explosion.
The tip of the missile pierces the tank and fires a needle like object back into the missile. This creates a spark which ignites the hydrogen. The blast is funnelled through the tip and so goes into the tank.

Cost:
$300,000

Thermite mine - AP

The thermite mine is activated by remote pressure and creates a chain reaction within the components. The pressure starts the blow torch inside which ignites magnesium. This heat creates the thermite which can burn through almost anything. It then finally ignites the petrol which explodes the mine catapulting thermite everywhere.

Cost:
$15,000

Sodium Chloride bomb - AP

This is a small bomb that can be dropped from a plane. Inside it has two sections divided by a sheet of glass. On one side is sodium and on the other is the flammable gas, chlorine. On impact the glass breaks and the sodium mixes with the gas and it explodes. The result also involves many shards of glass flying hundreds of feet around the area.

Cost:
$10,000

Pinpoint MRBM

This is a missile that is meant to be fired from either a submarine or land based launch system. It can carry a 100kT Nuclear warhead, or a smaller conventional or chemical one. It is highly accurate (within 10m) up to 2,000km. It flies very low and uses state-of-the-art mapping technology to guide it to it's location. It is propelled by a SCRAmjet engine that allows it to accelerate up to Mach 5.5.

Cost:
$5,000,000

'Balls of Fire' - AP

Napalm+ mixed around thousands of ball bearings. If anyone escapes the wave of 'bullets', then they will perish in the following firestorm.

Cost:
Shell: $4,000
Bomb: $75,000
Missile: $500,000

Your special Napalm is incorrect in its chemicals. We believe it should contain Caesium not 'Caebidium'.

No, it contains Caebidium.

Caebidium, as you can see from the entry under 'Caebidium Bomb'. Is a special mixture of Caesium and Rubidium. It is not a new element, and the Caebidium and Rubidium are not chemically bonded. I chose to use those two Alkali metals in conjunction with each other because Caesium is too rare to use in it's pure form.

Caesium? Available in many schools across the world.......can't be that rare.

Caesium in schools? What kind of school do you go to? Get a gram Caesium even slightly damp and it will take out a room completely.

The most reactive alkali metal they allow in schools (in UK anyway) is Potassium.

There is hardly any Caesium in the RL world.

Don't bother to try and question my scientific skills in this field, I do all three Sciences at A-level. Please leave this thread as this is a place to buy goods from.

wow wow wow!

I live in the UK and just COMPLETED MY A LEVELS. I am going to medical school and did both biology and chemistry. We had a demonstration of the use of caesium back at AS level when we did Group 1 metals. So don't try and get all high and mighty with me kid.

Sorry, 'bout that, I get a bit big headed.

You used Caesium! Holy Sh*t! It really isn't common though. Not enough to find all that I need.

I guess you know quite a bit about chemistry? Care to put forward any ideas for Mad Munitions?

OOC:

Our chemistry teacher held a demonstration for us. He just said that most schools have it and use it to do special demonstrations. A-Level chemistry doesn't tell you a whole lot about making weapons lo. Phosgene is always good and ummmm one of benzene compounds can't remember which we were warned we shouldn't get on our hands cos it causes blisters. Phenol crystals I think.
