Every newspaper in Littlecity (one) has yesterday's extraordinary event on their headlines. A little girl was almost hit by an out-of-controll truck, when suddenly, a man dressed in blue and yellow spandex (the colors of the Littlecity flag, or the closest thing the country has to a flag) suddenly came running at tremendous speed and pushed her out of the way. Then he stopped the truck dead in its tracks with one hand, while waving at the camera with the other. After that he held a speech wich was broadcasted live all over the country.
"I am Captain Littlecity, the defender of Peace, Love and Understatements (the motto of Littlecity)! I shall use my fantastic powers for the benefit of mankind, and if there is any other people with amazing abilities, please join me in my crusade to save the world!"
Then he jumped away over a skyskraper. Nobody knows who this man really is, but most experts are sure that if more of these kind of people shows up, there's gonna be a lot of trouble...
