Solarais is hosting a grand set of fleet, fighter, and heavy ship battles, not to include the ground force testing. Any nation may enter once in any three events, but be prepared to lose a few ships. The event is being held in and around Mial III, which will be prepared for the ground events.

Events:

Fighter Tournament - Fighters of every shape, kind, and description will be in this event. Each fighter will destroy/disable others in the attempt to become the Grand Champion. The winner of this event goes home with 57 billion credits.

Staged Battle - A fleet of no more than 2 cruisers, 5 frigates, 12 corvettes, and 55 fighters may be assembled to fight another fleet much alike. No FTL travel will utilitised, nor will temporal technology.

Broadsides - With only the strength of its shields and weapons, two large ships will repeatedly pound the other with all of its standard weapons (No weapons based on FTL, gravity, or temporal technology)

The Great Race - A race from one end of the extensive Mial system, to the final orbiting planet. Foul play is encouraged, and disabling anothers engines is
perfectly all right. However, no weapons/engines/shields based on temporal technology, gravity, or FTL will be allowed.

Ground Events: Note no FTL-based weapons, gravity based weapons, temporal technology, or weapons os mass destruction shall be allowed. Forces must number no more than 1500 troops, 55 tanks, 15 aircraft, and 1 special weapon shall be allowed. (note the fact there shall be no weapons with more destructive yield than the Hiroshima bomb)

Assassin - One set of troops, vastly outnumberd by the others, must use hypodermic darts to disable the others leader. However, the other force must attempt to use the same weapons to wipe the others out.

Defense - One troop set, outnumbered 2 to 1, must attempt to defend an underground cavern.

Artillery - Two tanks, fitted with artillery, must attempt to destroy the other tank.

Pitched Battle - Two armies, put on a vast plain with few advantages, must attempt to wipe the other out completely.



OOC notes: ANY godmodding, and your entire nation gets an IGNORE from me.
ALL troops, tanks, starships etc must have a link to their stats. Otherwise, they are not in existence.

Please RP your arrival, and landing on the planet. Maybe only a few lines, but still attempt to keep appearances up.

Any interference in these games, if only a video probe placed without permission will be counted as an act of war. With (hopefully) many nations joining the Games, tensions will be high, and its MY planet that is there. So if you want video footage, permission to sit outside and watch, or simply pass through the system, ASK first. This could save quite a few accidents.

That seems to cover everything. However, after 2 days, or 15 nations (whichever comes first) these OOC notes will be deleted. The games will then be closed, as they will have already begun.

Preparations are being made. We have put in store some supply of raw materials for the possible repairs to be made for your ships.

Please send information about entered fighter as soon as possible, and we must peruse it to make sure no forbidden items lie within. The same checks must be peformed with the others, also,

Also, are UA citizens human? If not, could I please have some information on what kind of enviroment they need.

Are Sliver acceptable? They are based off of Magic the Gathering. Their abilities are Quasi-Magical and is what makes them competitive compared to everything else. I don't have it set in another thread you can see, so, here is their stats. If they are accepted, I want to enter a Capitol Sliver in The Great Race and an army in the pitched battle. Please note, I will not use the Spectral Slivers.
*********************************************************Their body is primerally snake-like, however they are not cold-blooded, nor are they warm-blooded. They can control their body temerature with some concentration, this was one of the first things the BORG bred into them, this is the only natural ability Slivers have, all others are because of testing, and exposure to AEther. Slivers also have two Talons by their chest area, these are two long arms, with really sharp ends.

All Slivers can Share their abilities, with any Sliver within one mile.

The Sliver Queen: Ruler of all Slivers. 12-15 feet tall and 150-260 feet long, varies with generation, Multi-colored.
Special abilites:
Call: Affects all Slivers simultaniously. The Call alerts all Slivers to the Queens presence, also keeps order among all Slivers. It has been theorized that iff the Call were to be lost, Each and every Sliver would begin attacking anything and everything in sight.
Genes: the Sliver Queen can give birth to any kind of Sliver, is also resonsible for creating new Sliver species.

Overlord Sliver: Second in command, 30 in existence, Grey.
A combination of the Essence, Synapse, Blade, Acid, and Toxin Slivers, this Sliver only has a single mind, but has five diffrent heads and Talons. Overlords can only breifly control Slivers. aproximatly 17 feet long, 3 feet tall,

Synapse Sliver: Superintelligent Sliver, Blue, 3 feet tall, 18 feet long.
Special Abilities:
Telepathy: Slivers can cummincate with thoughts alone, usefull for keeping secrets and learning knew languages.
Telekineses: Slivers can manipulate objects with their mind.
Special: Synapse Slivers can eat the minds of other beings effectivly driving victims insane, incapacitating them, or killing them out right.

Shifting Sliver: Blue, 3 feet tall, 16 feet long
Special abilites:
Multi-Phase: Slivers can move through most solid objects and some energy-sheilds.

Blade Sliver: Red, 4 feet tall 17 feet long, Red
Special Abilities:
Sharpen: Slivers talons become sharper, the more Blade Slivers, the sharper

Muscle Sliver: Green, 3 feet tall, 15 feet long
Special Abilites:
Endurance: Makes all Slivers a little stronger, and their scales harder.

Ward Sliver: 4 feet Tall, 13 feet long, White
special Abilites:
Immunize: Can at will Immunize Slivers against any One form of Energy.
more ward Slivers concentrating on the same energy type can immunize slivers against greater manifestations of that same Energy Type. Cannot Immunize against physical objects.

Winged Sliver: Blue, 4 feet tall, 16 feet long
Special abilites:
Flight: Slivers can fly in the atmosphere but not in space, best when combined with a Space Sliver

Space Sliver: Black, 4 feet tall, 16 long
Special Abilities:
Space Flight: Slivers can fly in space but not in the atmosphere, best when combined with a Winged Sliver.

Essence Sliver: White, 3 feet tall, 13 feet long,
Special abilities:
Healing: can heal any Living thing. usually seen with Crypt Slivers

Crypt Sliver: Black, 3 feet tall ,14 feet long.
Special Abilites:
Revive: Slivers can revive any living thing that has been dead for less then an hour, usually seen with essence Slivers.

Spectral Slivers: Colors vary with surrounding, length varies,
Spirits of Dead Slivers. usually gives advice about nearby terrain, can sometimes open a spirit doorway between to places, allowing for near instant travel.

Toxin Sliver: Black, 3 feet tall, 14 feet long
Special Abilities:
Poison: Slivers Poison their enemy with a slow acting poison.

Acid Sliver: Black, 3 feet tall, 14 feet long
Special Abilities:
Acid: Slivers drip acid from their Talons which does not affect them but eats anyother thing their talons come in contact with, Slivers can suppress this ability at will.

Capitol Sliver: Grey, 5 feet tall, 20 feet long.
Special Abilities: Has the powers of an Essence, Blade, Space, Winged Acid, and Ward Sliver.
Growth: Only Capitol slivers can use this, Capitol slivers grow to be 3 Kilometers in heighth and 30 Kilometers in Length, usefull for fighting Ships.
