The press room is jam-packed with reporters from around the world, and some even wait outside. The Imperial Guard walks in first, two soldiers to the right and left of podium. The soldiers, assault rifle in hands, stand at attention. The Emperor walks in as the crowd starts asking questions. He is in traditional Aztec dress, and speaks alone.

"Ladies and gentlemen, citizens, and people of the world: we have aquired nuclear weapons. I cannot provide any further details on the nature or strength of these weapons. We have been developing them for a while now. The nuclear test today was conducted today on Nopal Island, far away from any centers of population, under total secrecy, but obviously, we could not contain the radiation.

We have aquired these weapons to provide an extra punch for our military. The weapons are to act as a deterrent for war and in the role of force projection. We are not currently at war or tension with any other nation, you needn't raise your defense level. We have no terriorial ambitions, either- our lands serve us well.

However, doom to those who try to impose themselves or otherwise attack us, for the power of the sun god will be unleashed on you.

Nukes are so primative. It is amazing how humans find these explosions so terrifying. But we congratulate you on slowly advancing to higher technology. One day, we hope you advance to higher technology, such as Virus bombs.

Official Message from the Allied Republics of Anagonia

It is interesting to see you announce your status as a Nuclear Power, and it is of good importance that in these times Nations do have some type of defense. However, while it is good to allow everyone knowledge in advance of your technological leap, Anagonia suggests that you keep your Nuclear Capabilities under check.

While it is nessecary to use them for Offense in Space-Borne Operations, and operations involving tactical possibilities, it is also good to use them for Defense, and this should always be in mind with such weapons.

"It is with sadness I learn of the news of your recent acquirement of nuclear weapons. Wight Col has always belived that nuclear weapons are something humanity should be embrassed about and sweep under the carpet. Not something to boast about.
Obviously I can't say wether Wight Col does nor does not have nuclear weaponary. Although I can safetly say any nation stupid enough to attack us would be destroyed into little tiny pieces of dust before their commanders had time to pull up their trousers.
I hope that other nations do not follow your example by boasting of their nuclear weapons. While this may seem like a good way of how you say showing them who is boss. It simply instead makes other nations purchase more nuclear weapons and then you purchase more and then they purchase more and so on and so on until your just left with piles of nuclear weapons and the world on the edge of war.
