Plans for Nuclear ICBM's

After funding the creaton of five Nuclear ICBM's and the needed resources/supplies, the plans for the ICBM's have been created.
The ICBM's will look like this when it is completed.

The first test will be launched from the silo in Tokyo on a deserted island located in the Pacific that belongs to currently noone. The creation and testing will soon be accomplished.

Actually he has not been liberated. He is still being occupied, he still has no military, he has no ICBMs, his economy is in shambles, and he is a racist flamer.
