In an effort to reduce national debt and increase the effectiveness of our military by gaining combat experience for our soldiers, the Kingdom of Malkyer has decided to hire out the 52nd Regiment of the Royal Marines to any nation that may wish to hire them. One of the most elite units in the most elite branch of our military, the 52nd is fully capable of enforcing treaties, putting down rebellions, augmenting existing armies, aiding rebellions, training recruits, training police, training special forces, amphibious assaults, etc. They are the best equipped unit in the Royal Military.

Here are the 52nd Regiment unit specifications:
Total combat soldiers: 2700
Main Armament: M16 Assault Rifle* w/ M203 Grenade Launcher
Side Arm: M9 Beretta
Melee Combat: K-Bar fighting knife, also roughly 30% of soldiers have a black belt in Russian Sambo.

Aerial Capibilities: 4 Mi-24 Helicopter Gunships, 2 Sikorsky Seahawk Transport Helicopters, 2 C-130 Transport/Observation Airplanes.
Naval Capabilities: N/A
Armored Capabilities: 13 M78 Main Battle Tanks (2 squads of four, 1 command tank), 5 M56 Infantry Fighting Vehicles, 5 Avenger Anti-Air Fighting Vehicles.
Artillery Capabilities: 6 quick-firing 3-inch cannons (short range), 6 six-inch cannons (middle range), 6 eight-inch cannons (long range), 12 two-inch rapid-fire anti-aircraft guns.
*if 7.62mm rounds are unavailable, the client may provide the Regiment with Kalashnikov rifles, as their ammunition is more readily available.
**the reason the support staff is so small is because we have comparatively few dedicated support people. In the field, the soldiers do pretty much everything themselves. This allows for greater speed and cohesion within the unit.

If your nation/organization wishes to hire the Regiment(s), the following terms and conditions apply:

I) The Regiment(s) may not be used to fight members of the League of Small Nations or the Free Lands Defense Pact, nor any other permanent or temporary alliance involving the Kingdom of Malkyer.

II) The Regiment(s) will not attack civilians except in self-defense.

III) The Regiments' support personnel (commanders, intelligence officers, logistics officers, other non-combat personnel) are to be given a safe base of operations outside the combat zone.

IV) The client nation/organization is to provide transportation for the Regiment(s).

V) Should each regiment be purchased by a different nation, know this: the two regiments, though they may be on opposing sides, may not be used to fight one another. If this parameter is violated, the contract will be terminated.

Payment:
Herein lie potential problems. The 52nd Regiment is an elite unit, and is not cheap. Contracts are generally measured in years, at a rate of $20 million US/year. Shorter, cheaper, "light" contracts are available, measured in months, are usually about $400 thousand US/month. Thus, it is cheaper to sign six "light" contracts for a six-month service, but cheaper to sign one standard contract for a year's service.

If your nation/organization is unable to pay this fee, know that terms are negotiable. For example, we may knock one or two million off the price in exchange for being allowed to open a military base in your nation, and discount another two million in return for favored trading status.

I am looking for mercenaries to train counter-terrorism units. Why should I choose yours over someone else?

Simple. Other mercenaries (like Bahbland's) are escorts, scouts, etc. Not the best people to train top-notch counter-terror units. This may sound odd, but our job is to get fired. We want to teach you so that you don't need us anymore. Our product, in this instance, is a first-rate counter-terrorism unit that can deal with any and all threats to your nation and your people. Who do you want to train your men? Convoy escorts and scouts or trained professionals with real-world experience? I understand our price may seem prohibitive, but we can lower it under certain conditions, and even if we didn't, I can assure you that it would be well worth the money.

Having heard from you and Bahbland, I have to say that you both sound promising. Would you mind prehaps working together? Please let me know if this is agreeable.

Having two seperate mercenary forces could disrupt unit cohesion, which is absolutly necesary to the task at hand. However, if Bahbland agrees, I imagine we can work something out.

Of course. You shall have access to the entire unit, minus 30 men who are currently training counter-terrorism units in New Goliad. Our men can start arriving in about 2 days, but first we need to take care of some paperwork.

We require that you enter in an invasion with our nation. We will provide transport and ammunition. You will not be assigned to a unit and will be free act autonomously, but you will be bound by the orders of overall theatre commanders. We wish to untilize you as just another division in our army.

Our lands at the moment are having trouble with urban gurilla`s in a neigbouring nation , we have managed ot identify the terrorist`s as people of black skin colour , We would like to hire your troops to kill these black skinned soldiers. they are a military threat no civilians , You fee is acceptable.

About twenty transports should do, and probably an average of two tons of ammuniton every three days (my mercs are more sharpshooters than "run-in-and-blow-sh*t-up guys).

Due to the military movements that Alla Xul has taken to protect the nation of Praetonia from recent terrorist attacks, we lack some defence of our own nation. Thus, we ask for five units of 1500 troops, with no combat equiptment whatsoever, unless any new age sniper rifles are for sale.

Also, we wish these people as permanent protection, not just for a short hire. We offer good pay (many things are already provided, leaving them to buy more luxuries), housing and protection to any mercenary who takes up the offer.

We will also pay any price (up to $10,000 per soldier) for their citizenship in Alla Xul.

Very well, I'll have them for a good four NS years (ie, four days), with four years extra to simply train (half price to train, as they don't have to actually do any fighting).

It does sound good. The regiment will be dispatched as soon as all prior commitments are met. We are currently fighting a war with Wirraway, and PBC and Sarcastic Bastard have first choice on our services.

Actually the waiting list need to be updated. I only have one contract out right now, fighting communist rebels in New Goliad. After maybe another month (NS), that should be finished.

We would be very interested in hiring the entire division, the occassion being the celebrations of the Emperor's birthday.

Each year a foreign division is granted the right to hunt with the Emperor during the week of his birthday. This means that a incursion will be made into the Malas Province to erradicate a stronghold of the rebels currently present there.

Your men will be paid tripel wages a 5% bonus for each dead rebel and a 10% bonus for each live rebel capture.

Does this sound reasonable?

It sounds excellent. I am honored that you chose us, however to be fair I must inform you that as of yet we aren't sure when we willl be finished in New Goliad. If the conflict does drag out and the 52nd is unavailable, we would be willing to hire out the 43rd Regiment. They are themselves an excellent unit, though they don't have quite the prestige and history of the 52nd. Please let me know if this is acceptable.

Recently my nation has gone through a fairly exhaustive war with the Dracun Imperium. Wishing to replensih my coffers, I am adding the 43rd Regiment to the list of mercenary units of the Malkyeri Army. Thus, nations may hire both, or only one. The new information will be on the original hiring form, which will be updated as soon as possible.
