The P-22 is a chellian manufacture version of the veritable American-180. While the P-82 7.62mm and P-14 Carbine have so far done well as CQB weapons, chellian soldiers have long wanted a weapon that could go for long times without reloading. The 9mm CKMS-47 became highly proliferated, with 120 round magazines, though soldiers still had to adjust the clip every thirty rounds.

This lead to the adoption of the P-22, to serve along with the P-82 and P-14 Carbine. Holding from 175 to 275 rounds, the gun allows for fights where ammunition is not easily available. Someone carrying three drums can have up to Eight hundred and twenty five rounds of ammunition, while a normal SMG carrier might carry 300 in ten clips.

The low power round is offset by the amazing rate of fire and amount of ammunition the gun carries. Effective at 100m, the gun is fine for CQB, what it is meant to do. However, the 900mm length made some chellian soldiers wary, especially paratroopers and tankers.

To offset this, a folding stock version has been developed. The gun ejects rounds downwards, so the stock can be put to the right side without any worry of clogging the gun when firing. This effectively gives the gun a 765mm length folded, which is a fairly small size. For even smaller size, one can opt for the short barrel version, making the gun about 500mm in length at shortest.

Chellis is up for export sales, at $500 CE(Chellian Euro's). This is effectively $1000 USD, there are just some cases of USD being produced by a nation who doesn't use it, except for international trade. We judge it by the nation, but most nations are fine.
