The International Fleet invites leaders of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization and the Europian Union to Zhejiang-China for the 10th International Space Exploration Conference at Ningbo, Zhejiang. To be hosted by International Fleet Council member Kang Xi and President of Zhejiang.
This will be the first time nations outside of the Asian-Indo-Pacific Community are invited to the conference.
Topics to be discussed are the continued use of satelites as orbital WMD platforms, geopolitics and economics affecting the International Fleet Charter and the opening of IF resources to the scientific institutes and research universities of non-international fleet member nations.
Conference to begin in one NS year - delegates are to announce plans to attend now so arrangments can be made.
