Primarily former Soviet republics and Russia, with a large base of support in Kazakhstan, Belarus, Ukraine and Uzbekistan.
Numbers
Regular Operatives: Around 100, mostly former Russian Army officers/enlisted.
Supporters: Around 60,000, give or take five hundred.
Leaders

Stated Goals:
- End violent repression of communist/socialist political movements in capitalist dictatorships through any means necessary, including use of NBC weaponry and attacks against federal personnel
- Gain rights for the global proleteriat through peaceful means
- Aid peaceful communist groups through financial means
Unconventional Weapons:
- Nuclear weapons:
Two one-kiloton "mininuke" suitcase bombs
- Chemical weapons:
VX, Sarin, Ricin, among other agents. Limited quantities.
- Biological weapons:
Potato bugs, boll weevils, locusts, other cash crop-destroying insects. Limited quantities.
Conventional Weapons:
- AKM-47 assault rifles
- AN-94 assault rifles (one for every ten operatives)
