The Dominion of Nordrreich has recently discovered that its Imperial Reichswehr, Imperial Luftwaffe and Imperial Reichsmarine are in a state of shameful disrepair. We require new and better weapons for our armed forces, so that we may reassert our traditional force and confidence, particularly to our socialistic neighbours, and former imperial provinces, Osterlich.
Our military budget is approximately 3% of GDP right now, or approximately $18 billion. Our glorious Kaiser may be able to increase that spending to as much as 4% of GDP, although financial bills have to be passed through the Reichstag. We would appreciate any assistence your nations could give us in this matter.

While the HK G-11 is a superb assault rifle, it still appears that your military forces lack a standard sidearm. The Colonial Arms/SIG P221 10mm pistol would be an excellent choice as a personal weapon for pilots, officers, technical staff, or military personel at large. Specs and picture are available here:
