A Week Since Anarchists Came to Power

The final soldiers of the five divisions of People’s Militia ordered to assemble finished arriving at the Psovian boarder. Four divisions of Halladi Regulars, 60’000 men, and the 5th Republican Guard Division had arrived three days earlier. The invasion force is lead by General Muhammad Alzabaar.

From various airfields around the Haradrim, 168 Tu-160 Blackjack Stealth Bombers (14 Squadrons) and their escorts of 168 Su-37 Terminators took off. Each Tu-160 was armed with 24 H-15 missiles. They were to conduct attacks on any Psovian forces they came in contact with around the boarder.

After this, the nine divisions of men poured over the boarder.

At 1:36 AM Halladi Time, the liberation of Psov began. This is an act merely to expel the corrupt Anarchist regime. We do not see this as an invasion of sovereignty; so do not call it such. This is an act for, as the motto of Hallad says, for the greater good.

The Capitol is already under assault by an opposing faction and supplies cannot reach the garrison.The City is likely to fall within the day.

Elections will continue in other cities the votes from the capitol are void.

IGNORED since you don't have a foreign legion, or any military for that matter capable of attacking my nation, and you definately do not have a navy.

After besieging the Capitol for only hours Socialist Radicals have seized control of the city. They seek to allign themselves with the Loyalist, however their faction is lead by a different leader with which whom the loyalists refuse to cooperate. The Anarchists in the Capitol have been erradicated, however their forces remain roaming the border with Hallad.

So I just went to the end to see what had happened, and it was over. So no, i did not ro even try to invade. And notice (?) afterwards. OOC: Not just becuase of this, becuase of various other comments. One of the main things that began to put you in my bad books was "Generic empire and his croanies(Borman Empire).

I wasnt there for the Psov thing and I dont know if I were to assist him. You may think I follow Generic, it may seem like that, but its becuase I like to rp with him and there is usually things to be gained wherever he is. All but 1 war I have participated in iwth him I was there before the war started. There have been several thereads with Generic following me and many threads where Borman is alone and many more where Generic is alone, mainly becuase he is older.

The Island of Rose will now blockade the nation of Psov. Trade is allowed, but any military boats must be questioned by the blockading ships. Those that try to escape will be allowed also. Satellite images were able to show the areas of in which Anarchist rebels. Halladi bombers and fighters made round the clock attacks on the Anarchists. The five militia divisions were ordered to surround and exterminate the Anarchists, with a chance to surrender of course. The Haradi Provincial Forces moved on to take the other cities in Psov.

On the initial boarder crossing, 437 men were killed.

General Alzabaar sent messages the Socialist Radicals, asking if they were pro-democratic. He also said his, and the Federation's, wishes for Direct Democracy in Psov.

The Rogue Warlord has threatened to detonate the cities Araments if the city is penetrated by foreigners, however Socialist Radicals currently are in control of the city arsenal, and the Warlord holds no influence over them.

IC2: Loyalists Forces have captured the port city of Kreinota, which is 12 miles from Krakilopiograd, the besieged capitol. The Insurgancy in Muntz has ended resulting in the death of 294 Loyalists, and 589 Insurgants

The planes taxied off teh runway. On board where Borman soldiers, they would help restore order in Psov. They did nto want a communist government, but it would be hundreds times better than an anarchist one.

Ifrw's troops withdraw from the Psovian border, to land back in Shessara and begin the slow trek upwards.

Shessaran Forces:

An audible screech was heard as the planes cmae down onto the Halladian (Is that right?) runway. More followe dand moe still. Finally the whole frorce had arrived and unpacked. Tanks, APCs, GI-1, and many supplies. The men went through Halladi territory to the the border. They were always being watched, they didn't like it too much.

Eventuall the convoy reached the border and it passed into Psovian territory. Soon they would find and capture an airbase so as to recieve supplies.

OOC: Capture does nto refer to secure as my territory, but I didn't know how to word it.

The Gweneddi Legion dropped into Psov after being transported across Hallad by plane. The 12th Armored Cavalry and 2nd Infantry moved somewhat more slowly due to the armor support that had to be transported and the larger amount of men. The Gwneddi Legion dropped in and moved toward the port, hoping to take and hold it for coalition forces until stronger troops arrived.

Message to Halladi Command:
The Gweneddi Legion has paradropped into Psov with the goal of taking the port. The 12th Cavalry and 2nd Infantry should reach the border shortly. I need a status report as well as where you fell we would most be needed.

Earlier that day, a radio message was recieved on the INS Scipii, the sister ship of the Julii, the only other Super-Dreadnought in the Nycton navy to send support to New Roman Republic forces in the region. The fourth fleet will meet up with a convy fleet and a Super-Carrier carrying four legions or 40,000 men, and will proceed to Psov shores. Grand Field Marshal and his staff have begun invasion proposals coordinated with the Imperator and the Senate at Nycton's newly renamed capital city of Nyvidan.

News Report: A Scimaran Military Task force, Codename "Liberator", has been sent into the war torn country of Psov, in order to restore peace and liberate (hence, the codename) its people from the anarchist oppresors.

Skys over Psov:

A small 25 man team, a tenth of the task forces strength, was HALO dropped over a airport in Psov. They would secure the airport to allow for the dropping off of the rest of the force. (OOC: And your forces to, if you want to, Borman)

The Airport:

Sgt. Ceric ducked behind some cover as bullets started flying almost as soon as the sqouad touched down. "I NEED COVERING FIRE!" Almost instantly several troopers started gunning over at the attackers. He stood up just long enough to lob a grenade into teh central postion of the enemy. Several enemy troops ran out and then he yelled " STOP WHERE YOU ARE! WE HAVE GUNS POINTED AT YOU! NOW GET DOWN AND PUT YOUR HANDS ON THE BACK OF YOUR HEAD!! " They complied, and the airport was captured without a single casualty on either side.

IC: Rebel Insurgents in the Capitol are running low on supplies, the unarmed are recieveing no food, while the militia's rations are meager, their is no way for rebels to recieve additional ammunition, or medical supplies, Loyalist Forces have begun urban combat in the cities streets, while the besieging forces continue to bombard the city.

OOC: I must be blind, totally missed the post where the Loyalists took the Port.

IC: The Gweneddi Legion moved into Kreinota. Gen. Cuall MacIan wired a message to the loyalist forces in the city.
This is General Cuall MacIan of the Gweneddi Legion. We are here to assist in reestablishing stability in Psov. We are entering the city peacefully. Once we regroup, we'll move in on the Capitol from this side. We could use a guide who knows ways into the city.

Meantime, the 12th Cav and 2nd Infantry moved toward the Capitol from the Halladi side to link up with coalition and loyalist forces already beseiging it.

This is General Cuall MacIan of the Gweneddi Legion. We are here to assist in reestablishing stability in Psov. We are entering the city peacefully. Once we regroup, we'll move in on the Capitol from this side. We could use a guide who knows ways into the city.

Meantime, the 12th Cav and 2nd Infantry moved toward the Capitol from the Halladi side to link up with coalition and loyalist forces already beseiging it.

Loyalists Response
Once you reach the city limits you will encounter a group of commandos, they will guide you thorugh the city

Loyalist Commandos have captured and killed the Insurgencie's Warlord. The few remaining organised rebels have broken into self guided groups. The Loyalist Army has secured the entire western side of the city. The Loyalists have begun conscription in Muntz in an effort to further militarize.

The Fleet has arrived, but has began patrolling manuveurs around the country with Rosian warships. Admiral Hallistar of the Scipii has messaged Rosian Captain.

"Your orders are unclear to Nycton High Command. Hallad has sent a distress for support in the conflict and now being ordered to ward off. We wish for you to define what the current situation is between the New Roman Empire and Psov and what the Nycton military can do to help. We have 41,000 Marines awaiting onboard and ready to fight a battle."

The Federation has began to send Halladi news programs into Psovian airwaves. Throughout Psov pamphlets are being dropped, mostly in areas occupied by anarchists, promising the people of Psov protection, food, and their basic nessisties. They also tell of Hallad's plan for a stable and democratic Psov, free from anarchists who would threaten the Psovian people.

Meanwhile, Halladi engineers have begun constucting airstrips in occupied areas. The main Militia force has moved onto taking the coast, and cutting off the anarchists of supplies. The force of Regulars have begun seiging Psovian cities, and bombarding them with many pamphlets and other reading material denouncing the anarchists.

Int he past 3 days 337 Militiamen and 206 Regulars were killed.

The Situation in Psov is essentially, an unorganised civil war/struggle for power. The New Roman Empire has intervened for the saftey of it's region, in an attempt to restore order. The Loyalists have the Rebels Cornered, but cannot break the remaining rebels.

A telegram, expressing basically the same sentiment but not in the exact same words, was sent to the loyalist Psovian government.

The general pulled his jacket tighter around him. The night air was eating at his skin. He flicked off the stub of his cigarette and watched it fall to the ground. He brought his hands together and quickly rubbed them up and down while blowing hot air on them.

He got back into the tank and shut the top.

“It is freezing out there.”

General Fredrich Uhlman sat down onto the plush lined seats in the Bhalk. He felt vulnerable in an APC so he had a tank customized to his suiting. Inside were several high-ranking officials.

Several of them sat on the floor with a deck of cards spread out.

“What did you expect?”

“I don’t know, its just…whatever.”

“We are coming up on airport.”

“Tell the men to get ready.”

Throughout the convoy soldiers prepared for combat. Turrets swiveled as they prepared to fight some Anarchists.

The rebel put the binoculars down from his eyes. He traced the view ports with his fingers.

“Well…There are some soldiers coming. A lot.”

“What!? Let me see!”

The commander grabbed the binoculars and pulled them to his eyes. The guard gasped for air as his numb fingers struggled to grip the strap. He finally found a clasp on the upper side and took it off. The strap fell off as he collapsed on the floor.

“Hmm…Your right. Tell the men to get ready. How many planes do we have?”

“None, they are all un-fueled and unarmed.”

“Helicopters?”

“They are all gone.”

“You have to be kidding me.”

“No sir.”

As the man rubbed his red neck the rebel leader shoved him aside.

“Tell the men to get ready for siege.”

Rebels ran out of the hangars and buildings, scrambling across strips and plains to reach previously dug foxholes.

“Lets go! Come on pe-”

The man fell dead as the looming hulks of the tanks came forward.

Powerful spotlights came to life illuminating the enemy convoy. The rebels had no chance.

The turret shook as the shell flew out. A massive explosion of dirt, body parts, and fire erupted.

The convoy pushed forward as the backs of tanks opened. Men poured out and immediately a wave of XM8 fire hit the rebels.

Soldiers charged forward as shells ripped apart the trenches.

Rebels began to lose moral as their friends and family dies in foxholes right next to them. They began to get up and run away, to be cut down by fire.

The rebels were trapped in their foxholes, nowhere to go. Some organized mass retreats with many foxholes being left. But very few survived.

As the tanks and soldiers came to the foxholes rebels surrendered in droves.

The airport was captured with minimal casualties. Rebels had been captured and Borman soldiers were trying to have them handed over to Halladi forces.

Planes began flying in to drop off supplies as soldiers began to set up a defensive perimeter.

The cargo convoy is on it's way back to Nycton. Grand Field Marshal Greninger has decided to take another approach. C-130's will drop off 2 marine legions, one armored and one motorized marine at Hallad/Loyalist Psov Airfields(assuming they have some constructed).

The Airport: Within 5 hours, teh whole Task Force was one the ground at the airport. They prepared to advance towards teh nearby town of Pzuspbertlia. From there, they would make their way, going form town tpo town, to the Psovian Capital.

Poltical officials, members of the True Directorate party in Hallad entered Psov to help politcal stability. They are looking for Socialists that are Halladi-friendly. They are under constant guard of atleast 25 men. They're also calling for a meeting with the loyalist forces.

With most of the nation liberated, Halladi's have moved toward peacekeeping in Psov. They've moved into socialist and loyalist areas. Because of the lack of knowlegde of Psovian law, the Halladi's have been enforcing Halladi law.
