"Today, in an effort to raise sales at The Front, LMSF announced that they will be selling shares of there company. But first, to test the waters and see how much one of their shares will sell for, they are going to auction one share to the highest bidder, and the sale price will be the starting price for all shares from hereon. When interviewed today, Mike, CEO and Founder of LMSF, said that shareholders will get incentives such as:
Discounts on all store items (The more shares owned, the more of a discount)
First looks at future items
Special shareholders meetings
Opportunity to sell to others for profit
There are going to be 100 billion shares issued, and the share cap is 250 million.
"The starting bid on the stock is $1.00 per share. Are there any higher bids?"

This just in from LMSF, anyone who bids in this auction will automatically receive 1000 shares. So far that is a $1,000 value absolutly FREE! Bid now!

this advertisment was paid for by the LMSF. It was not a bribe. ;)

"Since no one is bidding, I have decided to post last years profits to try to entice some bids. Last year we made $213,150,000. I know this is not a very large number, but remember, this was our first year of buisness, and, had we been selling stocks at that time, with a base price of $1.00, the price would have driven up to around $2.13. This too does not look like much, but if you sold at that price, you would make $1.13 profit for EVERY SHARE! Buy now!!!

LMSF has made $12,820,000 so far today. The prices would be $12.80 per share if we had started today with $1.00 shares :D nice return huh?

Island of Rose,

I am sorry, but to make sure that we retain at least some control of our company, we have put a cap on the amount of stocks you can buy from US and that is 250,000,000 shares. But you could buy from other share holders to help you get a foothold in our market.

P.S. Right now, the price of our share is undecided. That is the purpose of the thread. we will auction off 1 share and see how high it gets before tomorrow at 9 eastern. That will be the starting share price.

The Holy Republic of Hawdawg is interested in bidding on the stock.

We are prepared to purchase 2,000,000 shares up to $50 per share. That is the maximum we will pay per share.

Things we demand in exchange for this negotiated price. Monthly reports of dividends earned via thread, telegram, etc. We also would like to know the weapons discount we will recieve purchasing this many shares. The profits earned must be wired to us quarterly or on other terms agreeable to both parties. We might be interested in purchasing more shares or using profits for more share purchases, depending on the return on our investment.

The funds used for the purchase will be taken from our Commerce and Trade budget.

If these terms are agreeable please let us know.

Awaiting a response,

Ok,

Since nobody is bidding, and it's almost the deadline, I have decided to start selling at a pre-defined rate. The cost per share will be $2.50. I think that this is a fair starting price. (I am not really (At all actually) good at stocks and I don't understand how to run them. I have an idea but it is probably wrong so any help will be appreciated.)

Hawdawgs,

2,000,000 shares will get you a 20% discount on all store purchases. My stores profits will be sent to you yearly (Real Life Daily) and I will also tell you how much your share is worth then. Yesterday, we had a profit of around 345 million, if we had been selling stocks for todays final price then, the price of shares would be around $8.65 (by my way of doing stocks, but, again, might be wrong.) That's a profit of $6.15 per share if you sold them then!

Hope that helps,

Mike

We will take 50,000,000 shares at $2.50 for a grand total of $125 million. Money will be wired upon confirmation of order. The described method of reporting is agreeable on our end, we are mainly interested in the dividends the stock earns and please refigure our discount for 50 million shares.
