We are interested in establishing an Alliance and at the very least solid trade agreements that would benifit our nations - but we would like time to confer with Sino-China over a bilateral alliance that could put our current delicate possition with mainland China ni the zone of dangerous.
The people of Zhejiang-China of course are looking foward to working out what we can do for the Japanese people if China will Cooperate.
