"Hello Everybody, I am going to keep this brief. In order to safeguard the interests of the dictator and our beloved country Nutropinia we are expanding the territorial waters surrounding the country from 200 to 300 miles. We will Be Inserting Concrete Barriers at 300 Miles, That Limit the entrances into territorial waters to five. At each entrance we will have ships positioned to check, board and search every ship entering the waters. An aid will be handing out a map shortly. That is All."

Statement Released by the Foreign Ministry:
While this is a gross violation of international waters, we do no commerce with Nutropinia, nor have any diplomatic relations with them. If they wish to protect their beloved dictator, and choke off their own trade, we have no problem with that.

Nutropinia hereby halts construction of the concrete barriers and destroys all of them already built. The border has been rolled back to 200 miles. The decision to build this is being attributed to the dictator's adverse reaction to an anti-inflammatory drug he was taking. He has since stopped taking the drug and stopped the border construction.
