As the diplomats poured into the Hogsweatian embassy in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, the media arrived. A mass of reporters, camera crews, newspaper writers all there to try get a piece of the action. Ambassadors from many Asian nations had arrived. There was Ambassador Ching Li from Taiwan, Ambassador Len Simoun from The Phillipines, and of course, the two Koreans. North Diplomat Che-Lai-Ton exchanged dirty looks with the Capitalist Diplomat Ben-Sewou as they both took their respective places. The Hogsweatian ambassador, Simon Straffage, took his place at the podium to address the diplomats.

"Welcome, Ambassadors. Hopefully, today will be a turning point in Asia. As you know, meetings have taken place several times before, constitutions discussed, as we strive to forge a Commonwealth for Asian nations. Today, after much diplomacy, you are here to sign the constitution for your nation and welcome each other as brothers."
Straffage began to read the constitution. It was rather lengthy, and although the diplomats listened intently all the way through their ears picked up more during the summary section.
"And, the summary.
It is stated that the once sovereign nations;
The Phillipines Islands
Taiwan
South Korea
North Korea.."
Straffage paused for a moment as the North Korean diplomat slimmed his eyes, obviously annoyed that his nation was last on the list.
" are to be united under the Hogsweatian Commonwealth flag as one sovereign nation, recognising the Hogsweatian Prince Dorsal VXIII, bless his lordship, in all reasonings and manners, their official head of state. It is also to be noted that all nations handing their sovereignty to the Hogsweatian Commonwealth may have their own head of state, named the Prime Minister who will be elected after a period of 5 respective years in office. It is also to be noted that all nations fall under the protection of Commonwealth forces and will receive Commonwealth trade benefits and bonuses. The Hogsweatian Ministry of Defense reserves the right to keep up to;
100,000 Colonial Troopers
8,000 Colonial Armour Units
350 Colonial Airforce Units
10 Colonial Navy Vessels
in each nation in the Commonwealth. It is also to be noted that each nation may keep its military to an extent of'
200,000 Infantry
20,000 Armour Units
600 Military Airplanes
35 Military Vessels
It is also to be noted that each nation will recognise the Hogsweatian City of Londonia as their official national capital, although they may keep their national flag. The Hogsweatian Commonwealth Ensign flag should be flown at national holidays as well as God Save The King played. Children should be taught Hogsweatian as a seconday language, with priority over other secondary non-regional dialect languages.
All in agreement of the constitution sign, with the date, below.
Straffage passed round the constitution for each diplomat to read over. They all signed, even the North Korean, with a bite of a lip and a pang of bitterness.

OOC: Hogsweat, I doubt that these nations will just lay down their arms and pledge allegiance to the HC at the drop of a hat. South Korea and Taiwan are pretty well off as is, and don't have a reason to join solely based on economic and trade benefits. North Korea's very independent, especially militarily, so I'm skeptic they would sign on. Where's the RP? :)

I intend to bring in more RP, eg rebellions etc etc. Basically, they are actually more well off with me. Does North Korea's military receive 20 Trillion USD yearly?
[I know America has sanctions etc etc on NK, but yeah]

Does Taiwan have a GDP of 72 trillion, 240 billion, 240 million, 74 thousand and 207.41? [$72,240,240,074,207.41]
No.
But I get what you mean. It's not done all that well, but it should do :)
