The Republic of Matraguay has had stability for many years now under the guidance of Punohierro. We feel that it is time for the first world to take an interest in us, we have vast natural resources in addition to a well controlled hard working population. We'd like to cooperate with any and all nations willing to assist in strenghtening our economy and military. We will not however become satellites to any nations nor accept any religious charity from a theocracy. We are a soverign secular state, keep this in mind, however we would much appreciate cooperation from well of nations of the world.

We are interested in establishing trade relations with your contry.
What kind of natural resources your contry does have ?

The Emperor is willing to assist your nation, Matraguay, with the building of a military. The Empire could send weapons and advisors to arm and train a small Matraguayen force. Should your government are interested, we would appreciate a timely reply.

We do, however, ask that if you accept our assistance that you allow us the use of your airbases and ports whenever necessary.

Aside from the gold which originally drove the settlers to this land, we have great deposits of tin, and copper as well as a great rainforest with mahogany trees. We sit on a decent sized natural gas and petroleum bed and have only recently began to drill for it. We also have limited uranium deposits.

The Great Armed Republic of Nutropinia would like to Send in an Exploratory team to check out the oil-fields for drilling. If you allow us we will give you a Boeing Business Jet 2 as compensation for the exploration worth 48 Million USD. If we find anything of interest we could work out a deal for drilling. The Republic of Eredron is prepared to offer Matraguay a multi-billion dollar contract to develop the infrastructure necessary for processing the Matraguan(?) natural gas and petroleum reserves.

The Republic can contract private Eredronian companies to handle any or all parts of the construction process.

To the delegate from the Republic of Tessen, I'd like to come to an agreement as how we should exchange. We could give you X number of barrels of petroleum and so many hectares for military vehicles, however assistance in improving our infrastructure would also be helpful, perhaps the assistance of foreign contractors in creating an intercontrinental railroad as well as several routes traversing our vast land. To The Great Armed Republic of Nutropinia I am going to have to reject your offer in that we feel only our people should be able to explore the inner regions of our land, it is for national security reasons, as for a foreign power to know the contents of our inner continent better than we would be disastrious.
