Official Release from Ministry of Defense
The President of The Ottoman Alliance (Scoyle), has resignedhis position and left the Ottoman Alliance, citing pressure from the Congressional Speaker. As a result hte Post of President is now vacant, and in accordance with Alliance Constitution the Congressional Speaker (Credonia), is now the President until the next elections. That is all for now.

i'm not in the OA but I thought Credonia was already the president.
