The People's Republic of Sleemania has finally casted itself out of the Shadows, and onto the International Scene. After 50 years of War in the Brewer Region, Sleemania has finally annexed all neighbouring Territories, finally uniting the Superior Sleemanian Race under one banner.

Although Sleemania is a progressive democracy, the nation is heading towards a military reform. Sleemania will now become a Spartan like nation, where all children, men and women must adhere to military schooling and training, so that we may bring up the best commanders this world has ever seen.

-Minorities and immigrants are required to surrender their citizenship and passports or face severe penalties by being sent into the northern colonies.
- Seeing the flaws and Weakness's of the UN, Sleemania will withdraw itself from such a feeble organization.

with its nuclear weapons program developped, thanks to double agents in "sovereignty of pie", Sleemania will focuse its economic might into mass production of ICBMs and 1000 Mega ton warheads.

In light of these new changes, the People's Republic of Sleemania, wishes to invite any nation, to witness the first test launch of our first 100 MT Wearhead ICBM, into orbit. We welcome no more then 2 delegates per nation. Bodyguards are not allowed, but the Republican Guarda, our commando unit will assure you're safety. Tea and Biscuits will be served, as well as spectacular marching parades ranging from 4 year old cadets, to our light infrantry brigade.

P.S : After a 60% success rate on its nationwide patriot missile defense program, the People of Sleemania wish to begin the development phase of an internationale missile defense program. OOC: God, even as Der Auftrag I hated that nuke-population correlation B.S. It should matter more on your state of economy than your population. (Note: I haven't looked at Sleemania's economy.) But seriously, it shouldn't matter on the population. It should matter whether your nation's economy is in the sh*tter, or is singin' with the bloody angels.

ooc-i semi-agree with that...its just smaller nations tend to use them alot...but..he seems as if hes not a newb...so heck..who cares? lol

Although Sleemania does possess nuclear capability, its army as of now remains small , although admirable.

Although most information on our military, and secret service arsenal is classified, we could inform you , that under the old regime, 1.2% Of sleemania's GDP went to National defense.

By 6 months from now, we will hope to raise that to atleast 40% (excluding sub-orbital and spatial technology and defense), and with military schooling, have an army of 25 million women and men, aged 16 to 65 at our disposal.

As of now, our most brightest citizens will be attending cooper academy, the world's first all time tactical and strategic military academy for bright boys aged from 4 to 12. The other boys, fall into political, naval, air force, infantry , medicine or economics schools, depending on how they do in their IQ and physical tests.

In Sleemania, Science, not free will, tells the citizens what will be of them. New born Children with disabilities are placed in special care units, until their donatable organs are good enough to be donated.
