The Central Powers

A new military alliance has been formed. The goal of this alliance is to further the strengths of the nations within it on all fronts. To help the nations within with humanitarian, economic, and military aid if needed. To broaden the horizens of literacy and national pride. To create a secure enviroment for members. And all-in-all: to help the members.

The following is the accord of sorts of the pact:

The government of the Fascist Confederacy, considering it as a condition precedent of any lasting peace that all nations of the world be given each its own proper place, have decided to stand by and cooperate with one another in regard to their efforts respectively wherein it is their prime purpose to establish and maintain a new order of things calculated to promote the mutual prosperity and welfare of the peoples concerned.
Furthermore, it is the desire of the governments to extend cooperation to such nations in other spheres of the worlds as may be inclined to put forth endeavours along lines similar to their own, in order that their ultimate aspirations for world peace may thus be realized.
Accordingly, the governments of the members they agreed on as follows:
Article One: Member Nations recognizes and respects the leadership of the Fascist Confederacy establishment of a new order. (Sovereignty)
Article Two: The Fascist Confederacy recognize and respect the leadership of the Member Nations in cooperation to form a new order. (Sovereignty)
Article Three: The Member Nations to cooperate in their efforts on aforesaid lines. They further undertake to assist one another with all political, economic and military means when one of the contracting powers is attacked by a power at present not involved in the a war already.
Article Four: With the view to implementing the present pact, joint technical commissions, members which are to be appointed by the respective governments of The Fascist Confederacy and Member Nations will meet without delay.
Article Five: The Fascist Confederacy and Member Nations agree that this alliance will not and does not contradict anyother alliances said nations may be active in an apart of.
Article Six: The present pact shall come into effect immediately upon signature and shall remain in force 50 years from the date of its coming into force. At the proper time before expiration of said term, the high contracting parties shall at the request of any of them enter into negotiations for its renewal.
Article Seven: If they have totaltarian control over their protectorates/colonies/provinces/etc. they agree that all protectorates/colonies/provinces/etc. who are under direct or indirect control of the said Member Nation are hereby automaticly inforced into the alliance.
Article Eight: No Member Nation may engage another Member Nation in battle without the possibility of embargos, sanctions, blockades, or ejection and possibly war.
Article Nine: If a nation wishes aid of any kind (See Article Ten) an inspector will be sent from one of the nations to inspect the actual need of the aid.
Article Ten: If a nation requests military aid it will be made immediately available and usable for 20 days (NS). Upon the end of the 20 day period, three days before an inspection and evaluation will be carried out to see whether or whether not the nation still requires aid.
Article Eleven: If, after the inspection for military aid is carried out, the alliance deems that aid is still needed, the aid will be renewed for anotehr 20 days. Thre days before the expiration of the aid, another inspection will be carried out to see whether or whether not the nation still requires aid.
Article Tweleve: After two inspection for military aid, there is a 10-16 month (NS) waiting period until the aided nation can apply for military aid again.
Article Thirteen: If aid supplies (E: Food, water, weapons, etc.) are traded for peace (If in war) to the hostile nation, the aid is immediately revoked and they are uneligable for aid for the next 3 years (NS).

Although, our people wish to have say, as to what is to be drafted into the constitution.

Ah, wonderful. Shure, all nations of TCP have an input.

The Government of Foolish Pesants has looked over your proposed Alliance and has found it favorable. Indeed, the ideal of political allies is always a lofty goal and in this mindset we do hereby officially apply for your Alliance. Whilst we cannot make judgement on your previous standpoints, we hope that this will usher in a new era of gainful prosperity for us all and hope that others will see this oppertunity as well. Alliances are strong foundations for all areas of international activity and we hope that this will help increase our presence on the international stage.

We hope that you will accept our application and will of course extend an offer of an Embassy exchange to cement our newfound status.

OOC: Sorry about the last part. I copied part of this from the Triparticite (SP?) Pact. Some of that is it, and the colony thing isn't. But what it means, is if you have a colony that you control have a representative in, etc, that country is as if it were merely an extension of the homeland. Like a limb. Where the body goes the limb follows.

But Ill correct the little part added. I hadn't noticed it. Thanks for pointing it out.

Member Of The Central Powers -- to your signatures. That's how information about TCP get's around. This thread and word of mouth.

OOC: If we control a colony then its final representative is the Emperor. They may have a national co-ordinator who originates from Drum Gods but he answers eventually to the Emperor.

OOC: Thats fine. Thats what the Exetonian Empire has for us. A representative of our Fuhrer resides and rules there, but answers to the Fuhrer. Like I said on the new Article Seven (I'm still constructing the articles, so dont think these are all final) if you have totaltarian authority over a colon/etc., it is considered part of the nation and joins.
