As soon as he finished speaking, one of the men leaped up, and began shouting.

"Listen to yourself Polkovnik Rodshnikov! You propose that our tiny organization of fifty eight operatives attempt a blow against the great capitalist powers, all of whom have intelligence agencies that could be listening in on us right now!"

"There is no other way!" snarled Rodshnikov, "Ever since our founding, we have tried to liberate our comrades through less violent ways, but each endeavour ended in total failure!"

Another terrorist at the table got up, trying to calm the two men down. "Comrades, please! Polkovnik, even you know that we are much too weak to cause a significant blow to even the tinest of states.

Within the depths of the vast infrastructure loitered several ministers of various importance, seated around a large wooden table, dressed in their usual black suited outfits. As the moment of silence ensued, many of the ministers including the president, took the chance to briefly scan the various documents that lay present on various parts of the table. After this latest thought-provoking event, a young black spiky haired man begins to speak in his cold monotoned voice, his authority noticeable present due to the instant submission of absolute silence by the ministers.

"Hmm...It seems we should concede to this request as it benefits us morally....and Economically..."

Another swift silence envelops the room, it eventually being broken by the voice of a much older Russian man, possibly in his mid 40s by the matured complexion.

" That would be wise Young leader......However would it not be best if it is done in a way that shrouds are involvement and blocks any possible Official links between the two groups..."

The Young man chuckles faintly upon this remark before responding as coldly as before
"Indeed you are correct once again......At least I did not employ you for nothing...However I like yourself have noticed this dilemma and therefore have already drafted a plan that shall stop any possible attacks against are true intentions..."

With that last remark, the various ministers nods almost collectively, there obvious respect for the nations leader clear.

"Well now we have that sorted......Let us depart and initiate the plan that I have devised...."

With that final speech, the meeting comes to a close as the various ministers leaves there seats and make there way to the exit towards the back of the room.
