This is a message from the Honourable Jack McCabe, Prime Minister of The Constitutional Monarchy of Linian:

On behalf of His Highness, The King Vitali A. Berditchevski, it is my pleasure to extend this invitation to all nations in the world. We are currently looking for political ties to as many nations as possible. The nations must be Democratic, we are not interested in ties with Militia controlled states where people enjoy no freedoms. Keep in mind, a political alliance means embassies will be established in both nations (my embassy in your nation, your embassy in my nation), trade between the nations, and should the need arise, armed alliance. Linian is a peace-loving country, and we have no intention of going to war, or joining in a conflict. However, if we are attacked, we would neeed support.
