Joseh G. Prano a 50 Year-old man of sicilian ancestry, a little overweight and a war hero who was wounded by a mine and thus has a scar across his right cheek appears on screen.
"Today we usher in a new era in Nutropinia. We will be instituting new security procedures to better protect you, the citizens. We will also need some help from some 'foreigners' but we will get to that later. First off, we will be posting a marine division at each of the three ports on the coast, San Cranford on The Growth River, San Westfield on The Depressed River, and San Garwood on The Curvy River. Additionally a mountain Division will move into Montclair in order protect the other border on the Medicinia Mountain range. Next, a Mechanized Infantry Division will move into Nutropinia Itself just as a precaution for its citizens. No disruptions for travel into, out of, or inside the city of any kind will occur. Secondly, we are discontinuing international flights into and out of any airport except for Injectopolis International Airport. In order to leave or enter the country you must fly into Injectopolis and then take a flight to any of the numerous, now only domestic airports, throughout the country. In order to accomodate this increased level of flights into IIA we will be embarking on a five year construction project to add 4 more terminals, each five miles apart with there own runways and accessible to each other with high-speed (300 MPH+) maglev trains. Now we move on to what we would like from other countries. We request three things. We would like one company to design, build, and install a series of defenses to protect our ports in the sea. We would also like a company to design, build and install an air defense network along the coast and in the Medicinia Mountains.
