Q. Can I buy anything I want?

Q. My economy is a basket case. Does this mean I can’t buy much?
A. Yes. But there are ways of improving your economy over time. Answer issues in a way that you think would help economy flourish.

ok, money is your government's funds. there are a number of sites to calculate this, but my personal favorite is http://nseconomy.thirdgeek.com/nseconomy.php just type in your nation's name in the box
you gain money based upon how you decide on the issues you recieve. to create an economic powerhouse, always make decisions that would promote business and commerce.
you purchase something by going to a storefront and saying "[Nation Name] would like to purchase: ...."
it's customary to end the order with "money wired upon confirmation" once the total is confirmed, the money is automatically "wired" (usually from your defence budget)
