The Nomadic Peoples of Hobitstan, agrieved at cross-border raiding by bandits and terrorists, wish to buy 8,000 FN FNCs, for a total cost of $20,000. These will be used to arm 2 border legions.

Additionally, the governent wishes to obtain upwards of 50,000 minimum of AK rifles, for (subsidised) resale to the civilian population, with the intention of creating a citizen's militia. Funds are not immediately available- the rifles will be sold to the civilians to pay for the purchase. It is hoped that the Soviets will be generous in their terms. Remember that this is a devolution of military power to the proletariat.

Thirdly, an Armoured Corps is under development. At least 50 T-34's are to be purchased, and 100 "semi-soft" vehicles, comprising of 50 APCs, 25 self-propelled artillery guns and 25 engineering vehicles, which will partly be used to develop infrastructure of the Republic's hinterlands.

At the present time, it is not thought economically feasible for Hobbitstan to develop either an air force or a navy (its coastline is small and rugged, with few natural harbours), so no purchases of planes or submarines have been made. Hobbitstan does not wish to be vulnerable to neighbouring states' air forces, and wishes to know what anti-air defenses (whether AA or missile platforms) might be available for sale.

the AA guns are $100 Dollars and yes they can take down a YF-22 they need no
crew they are atomatic controlled by robots.

You couldnt lock onto a stealth fighter with the current state of the art please explain how your guns can take down one while keeping you cost at 99 bucks.

If you could knock down a YF-22 - you still wouldnt be able to hit an AF/AB-23E unless youve figured out a way to hit a stealth fighter in the upper atmosphere travelling at escape velocities.

please answer quickly because it would take aproxamately 2 minutes for a AF/AB-23E to lock onto such an AA gun and destroy it from highaltitudes while maintaining highmach numbers. Hit this.

The shell can reach the upper atmosphere and hit the plain the jet is hit with more then one shell it is almost like a gatling AA gun the flak shell hits the aircraft it is no longer stealth. so then it is easyer to kill them and if you have Sams it is easyer in are test it has a acc. of 50%
