THE RWC, (Right Wing Collective), probably the most powerful group of Imperialists, Dictatorships, and General Anti-Communists on nationstates. Before we where a elite group, only accepting nations with a population of over 500 million and good RPers.

NOW where not, due to our new junior member status, smaller, less powerful nations can join, we stil only accept the best roleplayers though, so you have to prove yourselves before you get in.

There are rules though, and here is a basic rundown of our status in peacetime and wartime, as well as our general rules:

During peace time

The RWC is a peaceful alliance, striving to promote trade and economy world wide for our allied nations. Communism as a whole will be condemned when the oppertunity arises but NO military action. They are the warmongers, not us

During war time

During a war with one or more nations the RWC will take all measures necessary to subdue our enemies. Nuclear, chemical and biological weapons are allowed. People who condemn those are hypocrites, they have such weapons too 9 out of 10 times.

The nation in question is the commander during wars. If more nations are involved then there shall be a vote. The fact that you have the command makes you the stratetic leader. The leaders plans the attack and were to deploy units. How much and what type of is a decision of the attacker itself.

Manpower and amount of nations involved of the alliance is irrelevant. You may do whatever you please to take our enemies down. Do NOT harm alliance members in the process though. We need to set an example when we're going to fight people. An example to let people know we ain't some dull group of people.

GENERAL RULES

IMPORTANT!
This alliance does NOT promote warmongers. If anyone finds it necessary to start wars just to get backed by the bigger members than you are WRONG. We will never support warmongers, if you seek to destroy all communists (good luck) then this is NOT the place for you. We oppose communism; we DO NOT fight it unless we have no choice. Warmongers will be KICKED OUT and will be NEVER allowed back in.

[1] Declarations of war on other alliance members is something which is NOT tolerated. Diplomacy is the key to solving internal affairs.

[2] Only me (Holy Panooly) or The Macabees have the right to kick someone out. NOBODY ELSE.

[3] Feel free to telegram me about our stance in wars and other issues. With a big alliance like this, well organized communication is needed to keep this alliance alive.

[4] NEVER, BUT NEVER SUPPORT TERRORISM. No exceptions, no second chances.

[5] Leaving can only be done by writing me a telegram. Why isn't of any interest to me.

[6] Complains about other members must be directed at me (Holy Panooly) or The
Macabees. Nobody else.

[7] Violation of the rules (except #4) will give you 1 warning. Then you're out. Period.

I dislike Michael Moore, listen to Rush Limbaugh (not so much anymore now that I'm in school.) I've met Sean Hannity and can tell you he's a cool guy. As for Communism I will say that I dislike it in all it's forms. I read conservative books from Ann Coulter, Bill O'Reilly, Mona Cheron, and Sean Hannity.

If you want to make sure I'm a good RPer, I will go through a trial RP with any member who wishes it.

I thought by right-wing we meant Conservative with a hard British C akin to that of the early nineteenth century but slightly more militarily powerful.
