With the help of The Holy Empire of Torsg, The Most Serene Republic of the Sovereignty of Pie is making preparation for it's first ICBM test launch. In approximately 8 hours we shall launch our first ICBM, tentatively named as the Sanctuary Buster. It currently has a range of 1000 miles.

The Opinnian Government would like to congratulate you on this momentous accomplishment. We too have recently finished a nuclear program and are wondering if you would like to enter into any deals, be it alliance, trade, anything.

Inside the standard plasma screen panelled room, this nuclear test, unlike the many tests around the world where Praetonia played no part, was closely monitored. Not too long ago, ships carrying the flags of The Sovereignty of Pie had attacked and almost destroyed a Praetonian ship carrying weapons grade nuclear material. It was unknown as yet as to whether or not Praetonia would go to war.

Several analysts watched as the rocket launched well, before suddenly running out of fuel and plunging down to Earth at high speeds. Everything was logged, recorded and sent up to the Prime Minister's daily intelligence briefing.


"So what's new today? Another atrocity committed by Decisive Action? Another poorly educated nation attempting to invade The Island of Rose?" said the Prime Minister in a suprisingly lively voice.

"We have information on a nuclear test conducted by The Sovereignty of Pie. It appears to have missed." Said the man sitting across the desk from him in a dull, monotonous voice.

The Prime Minister's liveliness faded away almost at once, "Missed? What do you mean."

"I mean it hit a residential area of their nation, destroying several houses. It seems that the inept engineers didn't even set the missile to airburst. If it were one of our devices we would have killed hundreds of people," he laughed a little, before seeing the Prime Minister's face and then realising that it wasn't funny, "Anyway, they're building ICBMs but they aren't very good, yet..."

"What can we do? If we wanted to knock out their nuclear program I mean."

"Well we can ask the Sarzonians to fire a tungsten rod at the silo, but that would put them in a tough spot diplomatically, or we could bomb their power plant and stop their supply of plutonium."

"We can do this? We can bomb their power plants? What do you think the international responce would be."

"Manageable, but most probably not favourable."

"Well that may be, but we certainly dont want them getting hold of atomic weaponary whilst tensions are increasing between our two nations. Formulate your attack plans, but nothing is to be done. At least not until this is put before Parliament."

What an unfortunate event, how could Torsgian design fail ? It might even be sabotage! We must investigate this further. I feel something is terriby wrong about this. Professor Olaf said me that it's really unlikely that failure was a result of flawed design as missile is almost identical to DoomHammer and there have been no failures so far with DoomHammer missiles.

"Forget it. If they need assistance or send us a message, call me. We have our own ICBM tests to be tested soon. The "Sasin" missiles we bought will not be put to waste."

We aren't very experienced in intellicenge operations, but we are willing to send small team from Torsg God's Antiterror Task Force Intellicenge Department. SoPie had had a nuclear test which had gone haywire. We requested inspectors to be inserted, and they agreed. We then requested specific plans of their nuclear programs. They refused. We gave a warning. We are awaiting their response. We believe that if their information is so secretive to show to us, it is too dangerous to be allowed to be created. We are awaiting response and are ready to impose sanctions on their nation. Once sanctions are imposed we will immediately require the viewing of these plans, and if we do not get compliance, we will follow immediately with the bombardment of all nuclear powerplants in the nation of SoPie. After that, full invasion will begin if SoPie does not cooperate at that point. We will then have a permenant military base in their nation, whether they cooperate now or later. If any of these requests are refused, total war will ensue.

We would like to point out that nuclear weapons can not be policed by other nations of the world. The Sovereignty of Pie has the right to proceed to make, and the right to defend his nation to the fullest extent of his power.

You do not know what his future plans with these nuclear are. Only time can tell us this. Until this time comes, no nation has the right to break the sovereignty of an independent nation.

/ooc I'm sorry, i wasn't aware that discovering the source of my problems was godding, especially considering it would have no effect on whether or not he would want to examine my nuclear facilities,. Jaxusism has finally had enough with SoPie's ignorance. Bombers are being prepared to launch into SoPie immediately.

U2 planes have gone into SoPie's borders and have provided the locations of a few military installments. These installment locations have been sent to Exetonia and the Jaxusism airforce.

Sanctions are being imposed. 15 SSN-21 SEA WOLF SUBMARINEs are being sent to SoPie's borders along with 2 IOWA-CLASS Battle Ships.

All trade to SoPie will be halted. Anyone who stands in the way will be crushed and destroyed.

The nation of Phalanix would like to offer it's scientific help with building your cold fusion bomb. It is better to have it created with no acidents and save lives than to have them and suffer losses.

The army consists of enough landing craft give or take a few to get the military to its location. They shall set out with the navy and can be in the nation in 1 week. Our bombers are on standby and ready for immediate launch on your say so. We may be a small nation but we plow our surplus military budget into training. They may not be many but, they are superbly trained.
