Just 2 hours ago, the Endenian Atomic Commission has announced a bold new plan for the future of the Strategic Weapons Department known as Maelstrom. Besides the development of Endenia's Nuclear Capabilites(with assistance from Dumpsterdam), the Atomic Commission announces plans to begin research and development of the N2 Bomb. Realising that an all out nuclear war will result in the uncontrollable spread of Nuclear Radiation, the Commission has plans to research in the theoretically proven N2 Bomb.

This N2 Bomb acts much like a regular Nuclear Bomb, it is measured in either Kilotons or Megatons. The major difference is that the N2 bomb does not spread radiation like the normal bomb. it contains all of a Thermonuclear Bomb's power but non of its radiation. The Atomic Commission believes this will dramatically increase strategic options of Maelstrom Strategic Missile Command.

Research has just begun and with the new Nuclear Reactors being installed, the estimated time needed to begin development is at least 5 NS Years, currently the majority of Endenia's Atomic Energy Budget is concentrated on both Nuclear Warheads and the new super Nuclear Reactors. President Cassandra Woo was quoted, "The government is pleased by the steps taken by the Atomic Commission, of course we will share all our research with our allies."

:confused: Does N2 mean nitrogen? Because nitrogen is a diatomic molecule. OOC: :eek: that I still remember that from 9th grade 8 years ago.

OOC: Oh no N2 doesn't mean Nitrogen....i don't think you can make a nuke out of nitrogen...if we could i would be building one right now in my house lol...the true meaning of N2 is Non-Nuclear.

Though our nation does not use or own weapons of mass destruction, we feel it would be to our benefit to have the technology, in case it ever be needed. We have done much research into unconventional power generation, as well as advanced atomics. (Plus, we've watched every episode of NGE, and own EoE) New Exodus would be happy to assist in this project, including fully fund half of it. Once finished, we would appreciate if we were allowed to construct N^2 weapons for our own use, but not for sale.

However this bomb should be kept within my alliance and yours. One guideline is that we are not to sell the N2 bomb to anyone.

OOC: It borders on the line of post-modern and future-tech but not the extent of lasers and stuff like that. Its something like a fusion bomb but without the radioactive fallout, did you want Evangelion? Its something like that nuclear bomb(Which isn't)

The Orbital Colonies of New Exodus do hereby confirm their research alliance with the nation of Endenia. They also swear that said research, or its militarily applicable products, are not to be sold under any circumstances to another nation.

((OOC: Does it have any scientific realism? And by the way, Fusion bombs do not produce any fallout, only those connected with Fissions bombs and in that case it is the Fission bomb which releases the fallout.))

Dumpsterdanian security forces shall supervise the project under the watching eye of our own lead researcher; Alexia Ulas. We do not want this research to fall into the wrong hands and everything that has anything to do with the project will stay within the nation of Endenia. It is considerd treason against the Empire to publish any of the information to the outside world and otherwise publication of classified subjects.

All foreign scientists and equipment are subject to body searches and complete dismantelment at the request of ranking DAF or Colonial officers.

OoC: This has very little effect other then that we will have access to the research and that I'll have your ******* head on a plate if you try to steal this.

OOC: Um, how does Dumpsterdam fit into this?

IC: Pending consultation with Endenia, the New Exodus research team will consent. However, it should be noted that Dr. Singh is slightly senile (though not in a way that could be considered harmful) and always has various prototypes with him. Please try not to tinker with them, as for the most part, even he does not remember what they do.

OoC: I am occupying Endenia, therefor I want to make REALY sure that this doesn't fall into the wrong hands.

Alexia Ulas is only interested in the research on the new weapon, all other precautions are to make sure no weapons or explosives are smuggeld into the country. Any further questions should be forwarded to the leader of the project.

OOC: Hmm...I saw a website explaining the technical details concerning the N2 bomb, i will look for it and let u see it. However Fusion bombs unload huge amounts of radiation compared to Fission bombs.

The Endenian Atomic Commission thanks the Dumpsterdam Security Forces for their strict security means and assures the nation of Dumpsterdam that all research and testing will be kept within Endenia. Also all information and results will be shared among all allies of the Republic(Including Exetonia Minor and New Exodus)

Currently scientists in the Maelstrom Atomic Research Facility and Missile Command Centre are working with Dumpsterdam scientists headed by their chief researcher Alexia Ulas on suspending the nuclear atoms.

The agreement reached between the Republic and the nation of Dumpsterdam is that Endenia will share all research and production rights for the N2 Bomb and that Dumpsterdam will provide additional security.

OoC: I think I did, leme check, bit busy lately.

OOC: So if Dumpsterdam is paying half, and I'm paying half, then Endenia gets a relatively free weapons project? Lol, thats great. This is like charity work, but with material goods and warm fuzzies!

OOC: Righty...when u do get ur hands on the N2 bomb...don't sell it.....its for us to keep. And New Exodus is helping me and thus he gets the production rights for the N2 bomb as well. Oops! Thanks New Exodus, i changed it already.

Were these reactors your nation is commenting on (first post) the ones we have just sold to you, and are they being used for the expressed purposes of this project? Please reply soon; if so, there could be some consequences from your purchase.

OOC: Yes we are talking about them but they are not being used for this project, the reactors sold to us by you are also under the Endenian Atomic Commission but under the Civilian Department, all Military Atomic research experiments are done in Dumpsterdam's reactors and then transmitted to our Maelstrom Facility for study, our reactors are purely for civilian usage. We hope this clears everything up.

P.S Dumpsterdam, i want to talk to you about purchasing a nuclear reactor for research purposes and to be placed in Maelstrom, the civilian ones i purchased will be placed at Marshall Plains and they are purely for civilian usage, telegram me a price ASAP, thanks!

OOC: Just checking in again. Did the project die out, or is there still a chance to make use of the findings?

OOC: FutureTech uses alot of N2 ordinances, as most weapons of the missile type designs have M/A or ZPE warheads.

OOC: I recognize Matter/Antimatter, but what is the other one?

OOC: ZPE = Zero-Point Explosive.... aka a quantum weapon...

Ah, thank you for clearing that up. I don't believe these weapons fall into those two categories, though.
