Good evening Ladies and gentlemen and welcome to the opening phase of the Exetonia Minor free elections. Since these are the first elections to be held in Exetonia minor, no one quite knows what will happen. What follows is the political broadcast from the 6 parties standing for election. They are in no particular order:
TCPoEM (The Commonwealth Party of Exetonia Minor)
FE (Facist Exetonia)
The Liberal Party
TLCPoEM (The left-communist party of Exetonia Minor)
The Green party
Exetonia Independance party
so, here in that order are the party political broadcasts begining with TCPoEM:
Are you tired of living in a dictatorship where father knows best and the needs of the people come last? Are you tired of having no control over your lives? Are you tired of not being given political freedoms?
If you answers yes to all these questions than TCPoEM is the party for you. We plan to hold free elections every 10 years giving you the people the choice to decide who runs the country. We promise a referendum of the issues that affect your lives the most and most of all, we promise you undefined freedom. As long as you stay within the law we give you the freedom to do as you wish.
This party will also abolish the death penalty, encourage free enterprise and small businesses, make sure that you cant get fired for demanding a pay rise, help the poor to get richer by cutting taxes for the poor and increasing the urden on the rich but most of all, giving everyone the same chance they deserve by forking out on a new health service and a new education system.

Next up, we have the Facist Exetonia party and their broadcast:
We, the FE party are fed up of seeing the poor sitting in doorways in our wonderful country. We propose to drop the tax burden to make people fend for themselves and the setting up of unemployment centers where people will be able to get work. We shall also be creating homless shelters for those who cannot get a home and increasing welfare benfits for them.
At the same time however, we must look at the defense of our nation. We propose to quadruple our military might over out first 10 year period and then double that in our second term. Also, we propose to introduce the death penalty for several other crimes other than murder such as rape and paedophillia (wether on the internet or rl) as these crimes disgust us. We will make all businesses state owned to further increase our budget on focus on the re-education of the young. Finally we would like to re-affirm that we are not Nazis, we are merley right wing and facist.

And now, the Liberal party of Exetonia:
We only have one thing to say in this. We are merely here to join with another party to make sure that these elections are free. If elected, we are elected by the people for the people and nothing else. We will not only give the peopel what they need but, what bthey want aswell (within reason). This is to say that we the Liberal party have no real policies as no one has approached us with ideas for what they would like to have put in place. Now this statement has been made, we believe we could lead exetonia Minor to a prosperous furture. Thank you for your time
And now, TLCPoEM
Commrades. For to long the peoples of this counntry have been oppressed. We, TLCPoEM plan to change all of this. We will have everybody working for the same wage oat diferent scales dependant on their job. This is to say that all farmers get subsidised by office wrokers taking a pay cut. Then all food would be made cheaper and more affordable. We could afford to rebuild the education and health systems of this country and lead us to a prosperous future. We will also double our nations military strength every 10 years until a crux point where she shall be large yet manageable.
To further our cause. The party would look to establish even more ties with other nations and maybe create more allainces. We will however, keep the freedom of speech laws intact unlike most of our communist counterparts in other nations. We plan to have a nation of massive strength both economically and military wise and a state where we are measured by our worse off people arther than the amount of money in our coffers.
And now, for the green party
We, The Green party stand up for the environment of Exetonia. We have many policies that agree with both the Communist and Commonwealth parties such as better helath and educatiuon and a slightly icreased military or even the homeless bill ut also, we vow to keep Exetonia Minor a nation with the cleanest air in Greater Exetonia, the cleanest beaches in Greater exetonia and the cleanest water in Greater Exetonia We plan to make Exetonia Minor an environmentally stunning nation by removing nuclear power nad replacing it with greener alternatives such as hydro-electric power or geothermal power. We hope that together, with another party if nessicary, we can make Exetonia proud to be green. Thank you for your time.
And finally, The independance party:
We, The Exetonain colonies independance parties vow to try to get into power and release the states of Exetonia Independants and Exetonia Sun Isles back to their own reign. We believe this to be the true way forward. Furthermore, we propose pulling out of Greater Exetonia all together and going it alone. We only hope that this can be done wightout any pressure having to be put on other political parties. That is all we have to say at this time. Thank you for listening.
