The Arctic Badlands are looking to begin relations with the governments of foreign nations. We are offering diplomatic relations.

If you are interested in begining diplomatic ties there is a bit you must know first. There will be no diplomatic immunities. All diplomats will be subject to our laws and the authority of our dictator, the honorable, Foxx Duman. Those who are not willing to accept this shouldn't even bother asking to begin diplomatic ties. However, there should be no real need to worry as long as your diplomats agreeobide by the laws of The Arctic Badlands and respect the authority of our great leader. Our diplomats will be willing to obide by your laws!

Opening diplomatic relationships will benefit both The Arctic Badlands and your nation. If you agree to help us when our nation is in need we will help you! If you need military assistance for ANY reason we will assist you so long you do the same for us. If your nation has financal issues we'll give you aide if you do the same for us!

Our motto is: "give us what we want & we give you what you want"

Those nations who agree to begin relations must first sign a treaty agreeing to all of the following. If this treaty is broken relations will end & action WILL be taken.

If you open diplomatic relations with us we'd also like to begin trade with your nation. Provide us with products we want and we provide you with products you want! The Arctic Badlands has much to offer!

Military bases may be set up in our nation so long we can set them up in yours.

Once you agree to the provisions of the treaty a diplomat will be sent to your nation. He or she will be accompanied by a retinue of 6 soldiers & 2 officers from our military. A plane will arrive to your nation to personally transport your diplomat to our nation. The plane will be guarded by several fighter jets from our Air Force. An office will be prepared for your diplomat in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs building.

It comes with either Windows XP Home, Windows XP Professional, or, if you'd like, we can install a version of Linux (of your choice) with them.

Also, it has a CD drive AND CD Burner.

Floppy disk drives are optional.

I'm not sure what Linux is but I am going to buy 1 of these for each of my governmental workers so I will go with 20 units of these each with XP Professional unless the Linux is better.
