ONC SPECIAL REPORT
Today the Opinnian goverment released this statement concerning the mushroom cloud seen over the Denike Desert two days ago.
"Welcome and thank you for coming, I have called you here today to discuss the mushroom cloud over the Denike Desert. It was indeed a nuclear weapon. After 2 years of R&D we developed a small nuclear bomb. It was a relatively small explosion. The Ground Zero was 300 feet across, and 50 feet deep. These bombs are very producable thanks to the help of our neighbor Kendelar who supplied the Uranium required. We recently purchased a nuclear reactor, heavy water plant, and centrifuge, and with the help of Kendelar's bright populous, and generous amount of uranium, we have ascended into the ranks of world dominance with our nuclear program."
That was Prince Michael I at the press conference. He also stated that for now, these WMDs will only be used for national defense. Later he had a question asking period.
OOC: This is where you come in. Feel free to ask any questions you might have about our program.
