Ministry of Information
News Conference - Baghdad, Iraq Governorate, Al Anbar
"Today, at approximately 3:35 PM in the northern city of Dahuk in the Ninawa Sub-Governorate, a car bomb was exploded outside of the Ministry of Minority Affairs in downtown Dahuk. The blast was an attempt to murder Abdul Rahman al-Suleimaniya, the adminstrator of the Minority Affairs section for the entire Ninawa Sub-Governorate." explained the Iraqi information ministry official, who has remained nameless so far.
"The car bomb killed three Iraqi Kurdish citizens and wounded another thirteen. Our information indicates that the so-called terrorist 'Kurdish Liberation Front' or KLF was behind this terrorist action."
"In the city of Mosul, at approximately 3:53 PM, a car bomb was also exploded outside the South Mosul General Primary School (grades K-6). The car bomb exploded as the students were leaving the school. Over 93 students were murdered in this terrorist action while another 133 were wounded. The terrorist KLF is also believed to be behind this heinous action."
"The Arab Socialist Republic of Al Anbar, therefore, calls on all nations of the world to deport all persons that are thought to be members of this terrorist organization. Cooperation will be appreciated."
"Until the terrorist KLF has been destroyed, all borders along the Kurdish sub-governorates throughout the Syrian and Iraqi governorates are closed. All persons will be turned back. A curfew is also in effect throughout all Kurdish sub-governorates as of this time."
"The terrorists will be destroyed."
