The construction fleet was ready, their mission to construct a dyson bubble enrgy sail around one of Warhaven's stars. It would be a magnificent structure, producing hundreds of thousands of gigatons of usable energy per second. The fleet senf out a mesage, and awaited for Warhaven ships to take them to Ocean Star.

From out of transwarp dropped a Kings ship. a Large hourglass looking thing that transports King Warfare around creation.

Warfare: hello there Xessmithian fleet. We shall now take you to Ocean Star. We will open a singularity in space and send you through it. Your ships will be fine. You will see nothing but white for a few minuets. on the otherside you will see Ocean Star. It is young, it is a Blue giant, and there are no planets anywhere near it.

The Kings ship fires a Tachyon beam at a point in space, a giant singularity opens up. White light is pouring out of it. The Queens ship puts a tractor beam onto the Xessmithian ships, and goes through the singularity. For a few minuets Blindingly bright white light blinds everyone, the BORG vessal navigating by sensors. suddenly everything goes dark and a beutiful Blue Giant sits in front of everybody. The prettiest nebulas sit in the far off distance, BORG vessals sit here and there doing nothing in particular, as they research various technologies.

Warfare: There she is, I'll let you go now, if you need anything, hail a ship. It does not matter which one, we all share the same mind anyway, just hail a ship and we will get you any raw matierials you might need.
The Queens ship releases the Tractor beam, and flies off into another part of BORG space.

The construction vessels began to unfurl what appeared to be a massive slightly opaque sail. It was the initial section of the dyson bubble and would power the construction efforts. Massive fins unfurled to radiate excess heat energy to prevent the sail from vaporizing in the intense radiation from Ocean Star. The commander sent a list of resources they would need to the BORG vessels. They got to work, it would be a long project, but not as long as the IE Dyson sphere. It would be a mere 10 year construction time for this sail, they were considerably easier to construct and with Warhaven's help they were even more so.

Once complete this sail will generate 270 billion gigatons of usable energy per second. That's based on a BIII Type star with a luminosity of 30,000 times that of the sun, a radius of 350000 km and a sail altiture of 150 million km.

The Collective continued to bring the resources the Xessmithian merchants needed.

OOC: Yes, Yes I do. I need this to power a Revolution so I can get rid of the BORG and bring in a more user frindly species. It will be the BORG's own fault of course, but now is not yet the time.

The sail was begining to grow, the slightly opaque material glowing faintly blue as the star poured it's energy into its depths.

The vast majority of Ocean Star was now shrouded with the sail. Soon it would be finished, and activated upon payment from Warhaven. It wouls be quite the day.

As for the price, that's rather steep, it's roughly 7700 trillion USD, which is actually only 1% of the normal cost of a sail with the radius of Ocean Star, not the sail we actually built. In those terms, it's only .0000055% of the cost. We can negotiate on the price.

The sail was finally done. The construction ships and their crews celebrated their great accomplishment. Now the only thing left was cost negotiations with Warhaven.

Warfare smiled as he looked at the energy sail. He heard the cost and did some calcultions. his entire savings would be depleted, but, it was worth it. Warfare beamed over to a Xessmithian vessal.

Warfare: I know the cost is steep. I am sure you have seen and realised our nature. We do not depend on money. Therefore we can save up any and all precious substances we find for trade with other nations. over the years we have saved up much. I believe I can pay your asking price. It will completly deplete my treasury but since I am self reliant I have no need for money internally. I shall promptly have it sent to you.

OOC: A Dyson Bubble. It's just a big solar sail built around the star used to generate massive amounts of electrical power. It's non-rigid so balances itself on the solar wind and gravity.

IC: The transfer of the money was logged into Xessmithia's coffers. "Thank you Warfare. It has been a pleasure doing business with you. We intend to use this money to colonize a world a build up our fleet strength." Said Georg Aster, barely containing his joy. It was grand day in the history of Xessmithian economics.

Warfare noted the excitement of the Xessmitian merchants. He then proceeded to shake their hands. He figured that they would probably want to get back home to enjoy their newfound wealth. Warfare sent out a thought throughthe collective. He would show the merchants Unimatrix before they left. soon every ship in the collective was gathered one light year away from Ocean Star.

Warfare: I am sure you would like to return home now, but I am afraid I cannot spare a ship to take you back, therefore, I am going to create a Wormhole to send you back to the ECF station where I picked you up. However, no one ship can accomplish the feat, so I am going to have to use my entire Collective to do it. Watch And soon You will see the most powerful Vessal in all of Warhaven territory.

The vessals started to touch The BIO ships sprouting connictions and forming a Large Core. The Metalic BORG vessals Formed a Large Sphere that surrounded it and covered it entirly. The result was a Large Sphere, but It was not perfect because The Vessals were mismatched. A Green Glow begins to Eminate from the center, Soon the Vessal could not be seen because the glow was to bright, Soon it was glowing as bright as any star. the Glow faded and in its place was a near perfect sphere with various Rods sticking out at all angles. The Unimatrix was here.

Warfare: That is the Unimatrix, the sum total of the BORG collective.

The Unimatrix powered up and fired a black beam, It could not be seen but it was there all the same. A Black hole opened up 500 yards in front of the Xessmithian vessals. Before they could be harmed a Grey beam shot out from the Unimatrix. The Black hole lost its gravitational pull and closed. suddenly a large grey wormhole opened up.

Warfare: That wormhole will take you within 500 yards of the ECF station. I am sure you can find your way home from there. If you cannot, I would be happy to take you to Xessmithian territory myself.

Warfare disappeared in a flash of green light.
