To all nations, a state of the art medical centre will be opening on the un-damaged part of Serafima on the East Coast. There are many facilities that will benefit many people- we will accept people from other nations, especially allies, we are also running a training programme, this will teach technicians to build medical technology that is 10 years in the future now.

we are holding an opening ceremony for you to come and mingle and ask more questions.

Lilac was busy sending invites to various nations and typing progress reports and news articles to advertise this amazing facility now belonging to them; Jackie Hammond walked in,

'Hey Lilac, can i talk to you?' he said, the man just a bit older than Lilac came in and sat down.
'Yes luvvy' she replied, her lips pouting covered of bronzed gloss.
'Its about the opening, can we like be together?' he asked, Jackie had always had a liking for Lilac and she knew it.
'Sure' she said, shuffling her papers. Jackie leant forward and kissed her and quickly got up and left,
'huh, sucker' she giggled.

The Commonwealth of PBC would love to attend the opening and send it best medical staff there for training.

Lilac walked from her office into the hall where all the decorations were being put up and heard some tapping stillettos, knowing she was the only female in the building she knew she had a visitor, she turned to see the angelic figure of Morgaine,

'hello! Morgaine! so pleased to see you' Lilac exclaimed embracing her old friend.
'I thought I would come and join in the merriment! How is Jackie? still lusting over you?' Morgaine said, almost jealously.
'Yeah' Lilac sighed.
'Hows Leo?' Lilac asked.
'we split up ages ago, he hit me for three years and i couldnt do it anymore' Morgaine said hinting with her eyes down to her gun.
'You didnt?' Lilac gasped, covering her mouth.
'Yes, the bastard deserved it, and you know i dont take no shit from anyone' Morgaine replied sternly with a tone of stone.
'Well alright, can you help me send some telegrams?' Lilac asked
'i wonder if we will get any early visitors?' Morgaine asked...............

Sntr. John Adams, the Empire's Foreign Minister, leaned back a little in his chair as they landed. This was one of those events he'd chosen to attend simply by putting all his letters on a dartboard and throwing a dart at it, as such he had really very little idea quite where they were going. Serafima... Sounded exotic. He would see, no doubt.

Dr.Vincent, an ENT surgeon and head of Imperial Drum Gods Medical Association (IDGMA) would like to visit this medical facility.

'oooh we have visitors' Lilac said, seeing the helicopter arrive.
Morgaine rushed out and directed the limousines to the hotel next to the hospital.

'Greetings' she said through the window.
'If you would go to the Terminus hotel just over there, the ceremony will be on soon, we have not finished our student accommodation yet' she replied.

"Jordan!" yelled down the hallway,and his friend and minister of interior poked his head out of his office.

"Yah?"he asked impatiantly.

"Your in charge for a bit"said the emperor."I'm gonna go see a hospital!"

"What?Damn..."Said his friend,going dejectedly back inside.

Emeperor Alexander the I of he Alexian Empire will be personally attending the opening of the hospital,should you allow him to do so.

King Jedo read over the invitation.

"Hey this may a good start for me as king." He loaded up his private jet and prepared to leave...

Morgaine went to the hotel and assembled all the nations.

Her striking appearance was blinding, she looked more like a model than a nurse, she looked at all the nations and was so happy that they had all bothered to come.

Lilac was most interested in John Adams from the Ctan, he wanted to see the exotic side of Serafima she wanted to show him

'I am honoured to have a friend of mine Sir Horatio Dementina, a renowned doctor' Lilac said handing the sharp scissors to the doctor he then snipped the pink ribbon, there was a cheer from the room.

'Now mingle!!!!!!!!!!' Lilac exclaimed happily.

Dr.Vincent was a tall, young, atheletic man with a broad smile and even broader muscular shoulders. He looked around for someone important to talk to. It wasn't everyday that a new medical centre opened abroad and frankly he was rather excited.......

'hello' says morgaine, she grabbed his arm,
'how are u doing, u enjoying the evening?' Morgaine asked Vincent, she knew he was very good looking, she didnt want to make a move, she wanted him to enjoy his evening.........

"Oh and a hello to you too,"replied the good doctor a little bit surprised,"Well it seems to be a fine facility though I haven't spoken to anyone yet that has enlightened me further,"he smiled.

this will teach technicians to build medical technology that is 10 years in the future now.
if they build it it wont be 10 years in the future it will be now

Lilac kept her arm in his and walked out of the mad hubub, the halls seemed so quiet,
'I am glad one person is at least interested in looking around' Lilac sighed.
Lilac took him to all the different parts of the hospital and showed him all the things he wanted to see.....
'anything else you want to see?' she asked..........

"Well I'm not sure to be honest if there's anything left. The Siemens and Philips MRI and CT scanners were certainly top of the range,"he replied naivily,"Is there anything else you have that you would like to show me?"

'well' she said, moving closer to him, she kissed him on the cheek.
'Thank you for taking such an interest, you are a person who truly understands healthcare, I would like to know u better' Lilac said, kissing him once again, she looked sad and doubtful she shuffled her feet gingerly, they stood there in a weird silence.

"My dear lady,"remarked Dr.Vincent,"Do you realise who I am? And what you've just done?"

'sorry, it was just one kiss, who are you? I have told you all about me, but I know nothing about you?' Lilac said, feeling very awkward and stupid,

"I am first of all a doctor, ENT Surgeon to be precise. Secondly, I am the Head of the Imperial Drum God Medical Association. I am responsible for the lives of billions. I have come here to celebrate the marvels of science and technology. Not to cavort with a nurse who cannot herself to herself,"he roared.

The minister wandered over to Morgaine and smiled, “Hello,” he said, “I take it you are responsible for this? And of course, justifiably proud of this facility too,” he added with a broad smile. He himself, for his part, was, according to rumours, the type who would be more receptive to cavorting with nurses who couldn’t control themselves.

'Obviously we do research here, we use special cases as our main key or research' Lilac snapped.
'It is traditional to kiss someone to say you know hello and that' Lilac rplied quickly- moving away from him and walking back to the hall hurriedly.

The minister wandered over to Morgaine and smiled, “Hello,” he said, “I take it you are responsible for this? And of course, justifiably proud of this facility too,” he added with a broad smile. 'Hello, yes I am partly responsible for this facility but Lilac is the head nurse,' Morgaine said smiling.

He smiled a little and nodded, "I see," he said, "I had actually been told your nation was having some difficulty, but that doesn't seem to be the case given this.

'yes we have on the South and West coast, it was hit by a hurricane/tornado, thankfully our kind allies are helping us out- the South/ West coast is a poor region, but the East and North Coast and generally more quiet and more well off, a bit like North Korea' Morgaine joked with the minister.

Lilac comes into the hall looking embarrased and upset, she tries to find Morgaine and sees her happily talking to a minister, she leaves her be and goes to get a drink.....she felt very stupid but angry too, why was he so wound up over one peck?

Dr.Vincent slowly walked back into the hall after Lilac had left him. Angered by what he thought was a sign of disrespect to the this medical establishment and himself but somewhat pleased by the fact that he knew he still had it. He grinned as he re-entered the hall....

IC: Whenever Lilac saw Dr.Vincent she turned away in shame, his burning eyes scorched her face and she felt awful

The doctor moved around the hall mingling with a variety of ambassadors and delegates aware that Lilac the very lady who was to supposed to be leading this conference was shying away from him.....

IC: Lilac was tired and bored of Dr Vincent getting the better of him, she went up to the podium.
'Ladies and Gentlemen, We have to draw this merry celebration to a close, if any nations wish to stay we have reserved rooms at the hotel, I am glad SOME of you enjoyed this occasion' she glared at the doctor, it was her turn now to burn him with her eyes.

The doctor smiled and lapped up the attention she was sending him. He leaned over to a delegate next him and gloated:

"Nurses. They'll never get over their cravings for doctors. If you know what I mean."

He was glared at by the doctor next to him
'Umm excuse me? shes my friend you idiot, I bet you tried it on with her, you think your so big don't you?' It was Jackie who he sat next to.
Lilac then got down from the podium and walked towards Jackie. she could see he was talking to Dr Vincent, she wrapped herself around him. Jackie was very surprised, Lilac was clearly rubbing it in his face.
'Come on baby' Lilac said wrapping her arms around his waist.
'Ok sweetheart' Jackie replied, looking down at Dr,Vincent, as the two turn both turned back and glared at the doctor- Lilac winked.

Lilac took Jackie to the hotel for the night, it was very busy over 20 nations had come, but Lilac went to her normal room 280

Dr.Vincent smiled at the pair as they walked away and thought to himself,"As the saying goes simple things...." He was scheduled for an operation early the next morning so went to the bar for a quick drink before departing.

'Good luck with your operation tommorrow, dont hesitate to come back' she said calmly' Lilac said.

'I wonder if everyone enjoyed the celebration' Morgaine thought, as she helped clean things away....................

"Uh..sure," he replied. Even though he was sent to keep an eye on the political and miltary status of the nation he thought that this might help his cover. He shifted the small pistol holster he wore that was digging into his side. "So lead on."

Dr.Vincent turned to face Lilac:

"Well I am the best,"he smirked as he entered his room having left the front door open.....

she pulled a face as he left.

'I will be onto him quicker than a pack of wolves on a wounded animal' she snarled

He walked into his room tired, chucking his keys on the bed he loosened up his tie and opened the top button of his shirt. A rather boring day by all accounts apart from the one 'incident' he thought to himself. He walked over to his mini bar and had a quick browse around before finally deciding on a Mars bar and a a bottle of coke he lay on his bed watching the TV. Bored.

Lilac had had an argument with Jackie, she stormed out of the hotel and went to find Dr.Vincent, she knew he didnt like her, but at least they would talk....

Hearing the knock on the door he called out:

"Door's open!"

Lilac walks in gingerly, she sees the doctor lying on the bed reading and drinking.

'i wanted to properly apologise for earlier' she said, closing the door behind her.

The doctor smiled:

"There's no need. You explained it was simply one of your customs. I'm afraid people aren't so friendly in the Empire. Please sit down,"he gestured towards a seat next to the bed.

'thank you, can i kiss you now?' Lilacs innocence seemed almost fake, but she had felt left out ever since she got here, she seemed so popular but inside her, she was acting as a different person.
'I can see why you are married, you are very attractive' she said,not looking directly at him, she spoke half in russian, the doctor had trouble identifying her accent from mother tongue.

"Why are you so keen,"asked the Doctor,"I mean there are many men in this hotel. Men more powerful than me, men richer than me, men who are looking for a woman like you. Don't you see the danger of coming after a married man like me who's meant to represent principals.

He leaned back on his bed and undid a few of the buttons on his shirt:

"Why me?"

'I dont know, no other men shown any interest' Lilac said,
'I just think its fun and dangerous trying to seduce a married man' she added, getting off of her chair, she crawled onto the bed next to him.
'I cant wait for the hospital to be at its best, it will be the focal medical point of Eastern Europe' she said, fiddling with his buttons.

"Well what you're doing is certainly dangerous,"he smiled as he caressed her face with his hand,"The hospital is certainly impressive. I hope to be a part of it. Somehow."

Dr.Vincents faced turned into a reflection of giggles as he listened as his grip started to tighten around her neck....

strangling? she thought, she moved her hand down her dress, which rubbed near his groin, she slid her hand through a small hole and clasped her knife belted around her slim waist.

"A beautiful neck you have my dear,"he said as his hand continued to move now down to her waist....

'I thought you were trying to strangle me' she said, the tension leaving her body, she took her hand out of her dress and started massaging his groin with her soft pale hands...........

He could feel himself starting to stir as he moved his head to her neck and started to slowly kiss it as his hand moved to her chest, stroking gently....

'Yes, sorry' Lilac said, appreciating his warm hands and tender lips.

Dr.Vincent woke up early around 6am and stared at Lilac as she slept peacefully. He smiled as he got out of bed and put on his boxers and pants. He grabbed the sheets softly before yanking them awayand spinning Lilac out of the bed.....

IC:
'yikes!' Lilac exclaimed as she landed hard on the floor.
She leapt up and put her clothes on quickly.
She smiled weakly and left hurriedly..........

Dr.Vincent smiled to himself as he put on his Versace suit and walked out of his room. Walking to the left he went to the roof terrace to have breakfast.

Lilac went to the staff room and got changed into her nurse clothes, she tied her hair in bunches and walked down to the reception and waited to see if Vincent would come to say good bye to her

Dr.Vincent finished a rather hefty breakfast filled with bacon and grease before making his way back to room to gather his belongings. Then he slowly took the lift and made his way to the reception area to check out.

Lilac saw the lift ping and anxiously waited to see who came out, for some reason she hoped it was Vincent, it was, she turned around quickly blushing.
She heard footsteps up behind her, she turned around and nearly banged into him.
'I am so sorry Dr.Vincent' she said, with a foxy smile.
'I hoped you enjoyed last nights celebrations' she added, turning quickly to walk and wondered if he would follow.....

Dr.Vincent smirked,"I'm sorry you are?"

Lilac whilst walking made a rude hand gesture behind her back, at the doctor just before going into the lift..............

"I saw that," he said almost laughing as he walked out of the hotel.

Lilac giggled, she thought he was such a jerk but a kind doctor. She took the lift and went to her office, there was an email from Heidi Landov.
Lilac read it and she felt her heart flip.


There are 299 children confirmed dead, although there is one in very critical pneumonic condition, there ambulance is on its way now

the email read, Lilac felt suddenly very cold, she zipped up her tight cardigan over her nurses dress, she plaited her bunches and ran back down to the reception.

'When the terror bodies arrive, send them through to the Karma Ward' Lilac told the old receptionist.
'Alright' she replied.
'Thanks' Lilac said, she wanted to find Morgaine.............

Although he did act like a jerk sometimes last night, I have a weird large amount of respect for him Lilac thought to herself as she sat smoking a cigarette.
she also wondered if he had any respect for her, she doubted it- she could not wait to see Morgaine, see if she had a good night - then Heidi, her best friend, was coming back soon, she was very happy, but the impending doom of these frozen bodies made all that seem stupid and pointless.

Sharina has 1970's level of medicine, the price paid for 2040's level of energy, construction, and railroad technology.

Automobiles, water / sewage treatment, and genetics are also 1970's level. Everything else is modern in the 2000 - 2015 range. Railguns and COIL guns are approximately 2020's.

Sharina could use a large boost in its medicine industry, bringing it to 2000 - 2015 era.

Lilac hoped that he had a safe journey home, she carried on with her duties; she saw Jackie and blanked him.
'You fucking whore' he hissed at her as she was typing on the pc, she gave him the look of death. He quickly left. She smiled to herself.
she got up and ran towards him, she got him by the scruff of his neck and swung him around.
'No-one calls me a fucking whore and gets away with it' she snapped, she kneed him and pushed him away.

"Hello Lilac Overleigh, Serafima Hospital, I hear you have some students for us?"

Marvik smiled before responding.

"Yes. Our hospitals, doctors, and health staff need some serious training in all fields of medicine. Our medical technology is woefully lacking, and is in need of modernization.

If you are willing, I will accompany over 500 specialists from every field. They will learn modern medicine, then teach our doctors and staff back home.

Do you accept?"

Marvik awaited Lilac's response.

IC: Lilac pressed the SEND EMAIL button just as she put the phone down from Sharina.
