IC:

We are asking the world to listen to our plea. The nation of Doomingsland has broken a treaty which was signed long ago to prevent further conflict between our other nations. As a result, the nation of Vladimir Stremouchov no longer exists. Although we have tried diplomacy, it is clear that their ego prevents them from doing what is just. Several times, we have extended deadlines, and every single time, we were turned away. Also, Doomingsland has commited many human rights violations. He and his cronies in the CAD and TBA alliance refuse to do anything to pressure him into using peaceful solutions. In fact, some TBA alliance members break the rules governing the alliance, yet nothing is done.
Now is the time to act. I am asking the international community to aid me in ridding the world of this menace. We cannot let this problem fester and grow. Do what is right and sign up for this coalition. Japanese Antarctica regrets that it has to go to war, but we also know that there is valid reason, and we must bring evil to justice.

"Whilst your case against Doomingsland appear to be sound and there is sufficant cause for action, I must however warn you that a challenge to Doomingsland may be read as an assault upon TBA and CAD. Something that Rotovia is loathe to act in without the support of several other major nations.

I will therefore not commit Rotovia to any such aggreement, but shall however humbly push other nations to support this so that we may in good conscience bolster our support and push for fight for what is just and true"

The Technocratic Republic of Anime-Otakus wishes to remain as a neutral party. However, if any need for humanitarian operation arises, the Republic would be glad to offer assistance.
