Good day. The message that I present to you is not for the people of Allanea, but instead, to those in the world at large.

Today, the Imperial Government of Greater Prussia is on a mission to rework Allanea into a more peaceful, more ‘acceptable’ nation. This is indeed a sacred and vital mission. This beautiful nation has been torn by too many wars, many caused by the foolishness of it’s Senators, and many – like the last war – caused by the foolishness, or outright evil, of others. But remaking Allanea is a hard job, and we need your help.

Today, I shall present you all with an opportunity that shall benefit both Allanea as well as your own country or corporation. I have assembled a small fund of about 100 million dollars. Any arms or vehicle manufacturer or other industrial corporation that opens a factory in Allanea will receive one million dollars out of this fund. It might seem a paltry sum to some of you, but I urge you to remember, that owning a factory in Allanea has several benefits, all based on the unique nature of this country.

First of all, Allanea is a nation where the federal government only collects a 2% sales tax. No land or inheritance tax exists in Allanea. Zoning regulations, minimum wage laws and progressive income taxes are non-existent on all levels of government, and environmental regulations are extremely lax. Land costs are low due to the depopulation caused by the last war and the economical crash. This means you can reduce production costs of your new tank, jet, or aircraft..

Second, Allanea has no laws on private possession of weapons of any sort – so you can market your product to the locals. Allaneans have a national interest in arms which some describe as an obsession, and will buy up anything from .22 handguns to grenade launchers. What better place to start a weapons factory?

Third, Allanea is full of unemployed experts in various industrial proffesions – in fact, we have about 50% of unemployment right now, due to the damaged industrial base. This in itself, combined with lack of minimum wage laws is enough to make you rich.

Remember, As I’ve said, the first 100 applicants get one million dollars each, so tarry not, there will be others vying for the same prize.’

The Guild of Air Warfare would be interested in setting up an aircraft factory in your nation, since it has probably better terrain for doing so then our own country (there is only so much you can do underground). We would expect to employ local labour to facilitate production of the aircraft, however we would have to provide our own security, since that is one of the regulations of our country at the present time for outsourcing production.

Also We would see things to your milltary for a cut price and sell them to all your populas (well apart from nukes i dont think you want them in the hands of the population)

"Bah, nothings ever good on Terronian TV anymore, gfood thing I got International Satillite' said Igor as he flipped channels. After 30 or so clicks of his remote, he came across the message.

"Hey Johan, get in here", barked Igor as his sturly assitant quickly ran into the office.

Japanistan...yes sure. You can build a couple harbours. But we are also planning extensive work on the coastline so cant give you 4 harbours. Two we can part with though.

The new complex, based around a radiation theme, will feature costumed staff and a "n00kJ00" floorshow. Yuri Golovko, the head of the MSS, was at his desk when an email fro mthe in-house network came in. For security reasons, the "in-house network" is basically a very hi-tech LAN network, with only one connection to the outside world, but let us not wander too far off track......

Yuri chuckled to himself. Imperial Arms, Inc. was not a REAL corporation, but in fact a front organization for the National Security Agency's Third Echelon. With the NSA under the Ministry's control, it was Yuri's responsability for its maintainment. The factory in Allanea was to be a close quarters training facility for Special Forces, Third Echelon, DIA agents, etc, etc.

"Well, time to go." He got up from his office and made the short walk down the hall to the Czar's office. He just walked in, being the few who could do that. The secretary greeted him, and Yuri greeted her back. Golovko just walked in the door and the Czar looked up, saw Yuri, and stood up to greet him.

"Yuri! How good to see you. Please, sit down," the Czar said. His formal attire was not there -- in fact, a suit or ceremonial dress was not even on. The Czar was wearing a Yamaha Drums Tee Shirt, wind pants, and VANS shoes. One could hear Led Zepplin's Been a Long Time Since I Rock and Rolled in the background, and every once in awhile the Czar would start beating on the desk to the drum part. At only thirty-five, he was a young Czar.

"What can I do for you?" the Czar asked.

"Well, we have conformation from Allanea. We can set up the factory." The Czar smiled.

"Excellent. We can work on getting closer to Allanea, then."

"Indeed, Ivan. Indeed." He looked around for the drink tray and spotted it. instead of the formal foods and drinks normally there, there was a pitcher of water, a pitcher of Mountain Dew, and some TGI Muffins. He picked up a muffin and bid farewell. His walk back to the office was a long one, and it was only to enjoy the double chocolate TGI Muffin.

Voyate ben Allen looked at the most recent reports on his desk. The Allaneans were a rather industrious people overall; of the seven factories planned, two – the small arms factory and ammunition plant – were going to full production by the end of the month. Construction on the hotels was within acceptable limits, and the shipbuilding frameworks were going… well, slowly, but acceptably.

He flipped through the various personnel reports – nothing amazing there. Vastivan nature tended to make friends everywhere, and there were notations about workers finding how open Vastiva truly was.

Another expenditure voucher needed signing; at this rate, the millions from Allanea would be gone sooner then expected, but they were hardly more then frosting on the cake. Ben Allen added another million to the total and signed.

Nothing like keeping good relations with ones hosts.

Axis Nova would be pleased to set up several production, research, and development facilities for various things.

I am proud to announce that the Allanean Arms and War Industry has now recovered to within 80% of its pre-war capacity. This was made possible by generous donations from the Crown as well as through the Emperor's brilliant rearming proposal. Also, the business of outside nations has done much to revive the economy. Imperial Corporations have moved in and set up shop in Allanea providing millions upon millions of jobs and subsidized the pre-existing industries and in some cases, such as in Allanean Arms, even merged with them.

During my time here in Allanea, I have come to love this country. This is the way the world should be. So, I have decided to make the current Royal Residence, my permanent residence. I shall renounce my title as Arch Duke of Sanglant and retain only my new title. Sanglant is where I grew up. It gave me many opportunities...but Allanea is now my home, and Allanea is the country I serve. I am nolonger a foreigner. I am a citizen of Allanea...as it ought to be.
