Official Imperial Statement

Emperor Antonius I, august Lord of the Empire, has decreed that the Imperial government shall see fit to allow foreign embassy construction on Generian soil. All nations with policies not overtly hostile to the Empire are welcome to apply.

Guidelines

-A nation shall not be allowed to construct their own embassy (exceptions for certain nations).

-All embassies shall be constructed in the Imperial capital of Generia City.

-A nation shall be allowed a limit of twenty soldiers to serve as security personnel.

-Embassy personnel shall be granted complete diplomatic immunity for misdemeanors and traffic offenses.

-We reserve the right to deny embassy charters to whomever we see fit.

-The name of the prospective nation ambassador, and a brief biography is to be submitted with application.

We would like to send retired General George Albus to serve as ambassador. He will be accompanied by his 20 bodyguards of the elite protectorate division of the Wirrawayan Special Forces.

George Albus is the most highly decorated war hero in Wirrawayan history, he participated in the Antebellum South, Shoobooshaaban and Mozambiquen campaigns. He is also a member of the storied Albus family who have served in the Concordiat millitary with distinction for over 250 years. He is very intelligent and diplomatically savy. He will serve as good go-between for our nations.

The ambassador we will send, if our application is accepted, will be H. R. Kalm. Mr. Kalm is 38 years old, born and raised in Fortestan's largest city of Jinopolis. He served two compulsory years in the military along with an extra four for the experience. He majored in History at the National University of Fortestan. Since graduation, he has been an advocate of ending Fortestans traditional stance of isolationism in certain international affairs, such as military alliances, which the President has taken into consideration. He is a member of the Social Democrat Party, currently in opposition with the Democratic Socialist Party over income tax laws. He has worked with the Foreign Affairs Department for four years.

Dear Emperor Antonius I, August Lord of the Empire of Generia:

We would like to exchange embassies with your great nation. You kindly allowed us to establish an air base in your country during the communist uprising in Roach Busters and we have been remiss in returning the accomodations and for that we offer our most humble and royal apologies. Like you, we are "picky" about whom we exchange embassies with and have permitted only Sarzonia, The Hawaiian Islands and Granzi to establish an embassy in Mauiwowee. We would like to ask that we be granted permission to design and build our own embassy building however. We are proud of our architects and their skills. In return, we will gladly permit you to design and build your own embassy in our capital, Buddsville and will also permit you to establish a combination naval/air base at the site of your choosing in Mauiwowee with the exception of the Resin Isles (while not the first to have an embassy here, you will be the first and only at this time, to be permitted a military base). We would also request, however, that we permitted to increase our security personnel to 50 at our embassy in Generia (they would consist of our military's "Black Berets.") and be permitted a helicopter landing area in our embassy grounds (though we would also agree that no armed, military helicopters would use the pad, only those transporting personnel or of a medical nature). We would of course extend the same courtesies to your embassy in Buddsville.

Should you agree to the exchange, we would send Mr. Ghomezest Aidaims to serve as our ambassador. Mr. Aidaims has a Ph.D. in Political Science from the Yale School of Government and an L.L.M. in International Law from Cambridge Univeristy. He speaks fluent Russian, Arabic and Greek as well. We would anticipate he would be acceptable to you and a good fit for your area of the world as well.
