Because of this attack by Roger, I am placing a complete Embargo on Mississippi, their possesions, and their sattelites. Starting right now, nothing from DA will be arriving in Kahta, and if it does, then that cargo will be promptly destroyed. Also effective, will be 50 million barrels of Oil per day will stop flowing to DA.

I know how Roger is going to condemn this, most likley with some bullshit lie about me being Atheist like anyone with common sense, but he will use some deep personal attack on me. Well to those I say to him: Hey buddy, at least I dont have to get drunk to go to sleep every night. You can fuck your mom too, cocksucker.

If Kahta is in need for imported goods to make up for the lost commerce from DA, our merchant marine is ready and able to provide you with whatever you may need at a reasonable price of course.
