OOC- We are liberating TBD and supporting a new government.
The three wings of Avro Vulcans, escorted by a wing of Harriers, in total it was the famous 999 squadron of the Royal Air Force.
"Unleash payload.. NOW!"
The Vulcans dropped millions of pamphlets - supporting a rebellion against the Queen.
On the beach around Han's, where the Hogsweatian fleet was, hundreds of troop transporters hit the beaches, the 3rd Army Corp pouring out. The 3rd Army Corp was as follows:
400,000 Hogsweatian Army Operatives [Soldiers, basically]
20,000 Challenger II MBT's
5,000 Centurion AVRE Tanks
5,000 assorted trucks, light tanks, and IFV's.
2000 AS-90 SPG Vehicles
2500 227 MM MRLS Vehicles
500 Starstreak HVM [Mounted in Stormer's]
Around 1,500,000 Logistic Operatives involved.
The motorized units, armour, and armoured artillery stormed their way through to Han's. The MRLS and AS-90's set up, facing the city of Han's while the Motorized Infantry and Armour enclosed the city.
General Marcus Biesen popped out of his Challenger II, binoculars scanning the city. He muttered some words to the gunner, who picked up a mic and phoned in some sort of Logistics vehicle.
Several minutes later, it arrived. It looked sort of like a searchlight, but in fact it was a massive loudspeaker. Biesen hopped out of his tank and took his position up on the loudspeaker.
"City of Han's - your attention please. I make a plea to all rebels here wishing for an new government, your time is now! I make a plea to the Burnsian Military garrison in this city - put your weapons down and surrender, we will make sure you are not harmed. You have been warned."
Biesen jogged back to his tank, and waited for a response. The infantry were pouring in, khaki uniforms and bowl helmets, their SMLE Mark 4's ready at a moment's notice. Each squad had their NCO's with Sten MkII's though - some lessons had been learnt from the last urban battles.
998 squadron, four wings of Harriers patrolled the airspace to protect the ground forces from anything TBD could put in the air, while the Vulcan's landed at a small airfield Logistics had just established and refueled, ready to bomb any major resistance the Burnsian Military could dare to put up.
OOC: Your call TBD.
The government of PBC whishes to remain neutral through out this whole war, but offers its services as a neutral nation to negoate with and as a land where exiled leaders may move to.

I have a feeling the war will be over soon. Their King is held by our forces and their Queen is about to run away like the coward she is.

The Queen is welcome to our nation. She will be protected, but if a crime has been committed by her, then under internation law, she will tried by a UN court.

Corporal Riley led his squad down the street, his Sten gun at the ready. Messages streamed into the radio - it seems the nearby police station was surrounded, but the Burnsians were fighting back.

Machine gun fire rattled off the walls of the precinct - the Burnsians were hard pressed but they were fighting back. The Burnsian police were dug in and firmly lodged. He picked up the radio and dialed in the nearest checkpoint.

The tank was making progress, firing well into the police station, killing dozens of officers. But suddenly the back of the tank was rocked by two RPGs and a MILAN. The tank exploded in a massive ball of flames as the SRG squad ran by it, shouting at the police in the windows, "Friendlies, Mississippians... We're coming in!"
Eight infantry regiments (8000) of the SRG of the Curtis Fabus Division had already taken up positions inside the city as of several hours ago when they were helicoptered in under the cover of MiG-41s.
The SRG were readying to receive major Hogsweatian assaults against their positions. It was going to be a grim and brutal battle.

Ooc- Realistically the embassy compound is so full of DA troops and supplies, I'd love to have you bring a million in, but that just can't happen. 250,000 is about all the more she can hold right now. So land them in, move them out of the compound, land more in, etc. That is what we're doing.

IC: The transport wheels screached as the planes began to land on the airstrips. Multiple planes carried the 1st, 2nd, adn half of the third corps, along with their equipment.
Everything was unloaded at break neack speed so the planes could take off. As soon as everything was off they shoot off too bring more soldiers over.
250,000 men. All Dinosaurs, all veterans.
The earth seemed to shake in their minds as the Borman soldeirs marched majestically out of the embassy. TBD was an indirect ally in more than one way. Today tehy would begin the campaign to save her.
The soldiers immediatly made their way to the coast. A strip of beach would allow mroe supplies and men to come in, something definetly needed.
As the beach head was secured work on a crude airstrip quickly began.
The men not guarding or working began to mount up for the charge that would come soon.
OOC: Can I get a map of TBD?
The Armed Republic of Binthor openly supports any non-Mississippian, non-communistic government who emerges in The Burnsian Desert. We will provide humanitarian aid and/or military support if needed to TBD and Hogsweat. If anything is needed, especially naval aid, please do not hesitate to ask.

So it seems we have been summoned to pay our dues to the POS. A Generian has never been known to do anything less, and so it shall be. As a staunch ally of the monarchy in TBD, it causes us great pain to watch the Marxist bastards defile it so. This will not stand.
As our great ally, the Borman Empire, has already deployed her armies to fight alongside your Republican Guard, we shall do the same.
If it should be confirmed that our assistance would be welcomed, then we shall deploy 250,000 of the Imperial Praetorian Black Guard to put an end to this occupation. Further deployments are more than likely. Let us put a stop to Communist aggression, and those who would defile an innocent royal family.

The Burnsian desert has long bowed beneath the yoke of the Fabuses who have effectively taken over the nation, against the wishes of the majority of the population. Our people in this once-fine nation have informed us that there is a not insignificant degree of discontent. Most Burnsians are not inherently racists or imparialists, yet TBD has been recently enacting racist and imperialist policies. This is not the result of the wisahes of the people of this nation, it is the result of the ever-present cancer of the Fabus family.
We will say this once and once only. The Burnsian Desert is being freed from Fabusite control. Nazis and Fascists standing in the way of this do no more than seal their own fate.

Beisen sighed. As rifle and machine gun fire rattled around the city, his command vehicle received reports of Mississippian SRG units engaging Hogsweatian soldiers around the city. He left his tank, the reports fading from his hearing as the logistics boys plugged in the mighty mega-phone.
"Forces of Mississippi - you are entering an official warzone. Your numbers are outnumbered by at least 10-1. Resistance is futile. Surrender and you will be returned to Mississippi immediately."
There was a whirr as the MRLS units turned their missiles on the city.
"Citizens of The Burnsian Desert! The time is now! Your queen has abandoned you! Rise up! Destroy the Mississippian occupation forces! Viva La Revolution!"
Beisen set the mega-phone to replay.
Riley ran, bullets piercing the ground behind him. The tank was destroyed, his platoon lay dead in the dust. He had been an amazing sprinter in his youth, but he was 35 and not in tip-top condition. Hurling himself round the corner, to his horror he found that Checkpoint Zulu was a burning mess - corpses were strewn around the Command Post, and the two vehicles were burning masses. He grabbed for the radio, but all he could hear was static. There was a rumble, and dust kicked up. It was obviously a tank, but of what kind? It was evident, when the two Challenger Class tanks rolled round the corner, supported by a brigade of infantry.
Beisen spread the map out, his divisional commanders that were not engaged in combat gathered around.
"Checkpoints Tango through Zulu are in rout. Checkpoints Mental through Tango are under assault. Firebases Alpha through Fox are engaging enemy units."
Lieutenant-General Mitolov, Reconnaissance Commander of the invasion stated clearly in his South Hogsweatian accent.
"I see. What are our options?" Beisen inquired.
Mitolov drew on some lines in red pen.
"Move in more infantry. The second force dropped a couple of hours ago, they are making their way up here. I got some word of Generic and Bormanian forces dropping. I'll find their airfields and wipe em out."
"Go to it" Beisen ordered.
The light was green. 100,000 extra infantry poured into Han's, ready to recapture lost territory. In a few hours, the next assault force would be upon them.

The boots of the SRG platoon near the police station were smacking hard on the pavement as they ran for cover from the artillery barrage. One of the men raised his OICW and fired an entire 100 round drum against a squad of Hogsweatian soldiers, killing or wounding them all just before a stray mortar round impacted against a wall and blew pieces of brick against him, knocking him down.
An SRG sniper, Major Karl Von Konig, was sneaking through the ruins of the city near the industrial section, the best sniper in the SRG, indeed the instructor at the SRG sniper school on Fabus Island, he had been sent with the Curtis Fabus Division to TBD and now he was here in the city. He saw the man setting the bullhorn down and he raised his rifle, easing back the trigger, the man's forehead exploded in a mess of tissue, blood, and brains. He moved the rifle and shot a round through the bullhorn, silencing the enemy propaganda. He chuckled under his breath, "WKM, We Kill Marxists", as he slowly crept back into the ruins of the industrial quarter.
The commander of the SRG force in the city, a reinforced brigade, was General Gunther Thaller, an officer in the RG who had recently been assigned into the SRG for the campaign in TBD. He was a ruthless man who'd not hesitate to kill any who got in his way, a butcher in the true sense of the word.

Support was wanted, support was coming, still, ESUA-Hogsweat Relations were strained, not enough for the ESUA to not be pulled into this conflict, however.
Admiral Dneipt Stood on the Bridge of the SANV Kamchatka, He was a fairly young man, only 800 Years of it, (Yes, Elves you see..) His age didnt show, his hair was as blonde as his mid twenties, and his blue eyes as energetic as of when he was first born, his fairly muscular form was shadowed in the dark against the window. He turned back to the communications officer, his form hunched over the controls.
"Command has authorized the Strike, Aerial Support for the Hogsweatian forces, and quick, after that, transports to land the 50 Armoured Divisions first, then get the 600 Elite Shock Trooper Divisions out near Han's, Hopefully we are in time" He said, startling the communications officer
"Yes sir, informing fleet now!" He Said, shifting slightly.
Across the Fleet, Carriers readied their bombers, one by one, they took off, dealy payloads attached to their underbellies, while below them, transports lumbered towards the beaches.
The Bombers let out a almighty roar from their engines, over Han's, they approached the attacking Hogsweatians, and then, attack their targets for them, minimising their losses, whilst on the beaches, troops landed, and made their Way upwards to support the taking of Han's...

Whatever happens, the embassy is Mississippian soil granted to us by the Fabus regime of TBD for international diplomacy, and as such, it can only be revoked by the parties that agreed to it. I am certain William will not agree to do so, if he did, it would likely be under duress. "Sir, we have word from the Borman forces," said an aide, striding into one General Craig's office, located five hundred feet belowground.
"And?" responded General Craig.
"They're not leaving, sir, they're staying until 'Hogsweat is done attacking'."
Reaching for a pen, as he usually did when he was nervous, Craig scribbled some notes onto a pad. "Give these to Michealian, and tell him to get the message to the Bormans."
"Will do, sir. In the Name of the Queen."
"No. It's not," said the general, as the aide turned around to fulfill his orders.
"Excuse me, sir?"
"You'll see soon enough. The government is breaking apart at the seams, Petty Officer, and there's nothing that we can do to stop it," explained the general, suddenly snapping the pen in between his powerful fingers.
"Yes, sir," sighed the aide, who once again headed toward the door, intent on fulfilling his orders.

Public statement directed towards Hogsweat:
"Our earlier secret offer still stands. We will withdraw from TBD if you first send William Fabus safely back to Mississippi and you withdraw from TBD simultaneously as we are doing so."
Czar Roger Fabus
Ooc- Roger doesn't really give a damn if TBD is plunged into anarchy or even socialism. He figures they can get the Fabus monarchy back later, William is something that cannot be revived should he be killed. A system of government can always be brought back via a prolonged guerilla war. Also Roger considers the Burnsians biologically inferior to Mississippi. Roger (And Curtis for that matter) consider Mississippian Whites to be the most ideal form of whites in the world. They consider Burnsians better than non-whites, but not quite equal to Mississippians. Curtis would point to recent troop preformances in TBD as evidence of Mississippian supremacy.

Ooc- Ricin is very hard to disperse like that, and it typically takes a week or more to begin making you ill if inhalation is the method it was administered in, and it will take a few more weeks to get you ill to the point you cannot fight. The soviets used Ricin to kill a Western intelligence official, but they injected it directly into his body.
Ic-
A few dozen men were set ablaze from the napalm, and their comrades shot them to put them out of their misery and end their suffering as they had been running around screaming in pain.
The shell with the smoke cloud, which was obviously an NBC delivery shell was laughed at, one puny shell with some agent that the men were most likely either immune to or highly resistant to due to their boosted immune systems from months of taking "Pre-battle chemical and biological resistance drugs" (they give these to increase resistance to such things as soman, vx, sarin, etc, I imagine we can have similar ones for bio weapon agents, since they have these for malaria and such)
At the worst, a few dozen men might get sick with ricin in a few weeks, and a few of them might die a few weeks later.
The soldiers immediately went the LOP (Level of Protection) 4 and donned full NBC gear. Once the word was given to Field Marshal Smith that all forces were in LOP 4, he picked up his radio and called the commanders of twenty different artillery brigades.
The authorization was given to launch a retaliatory strike as an NBC first strike had already been launched. Eight hundred 155mm howitzers were ordered to "Chemical Code Black, Code 1 Release" and they promptly began firing shells of VX, Anthrax, Sarin, Soman, Mustard, and Ebola against TBD rebel military forces and other large concentrations of people in Hans and HighFather. The artillery barrages would continue for two hours, firing about 240 shells per gun (2 per minute)
To add into that, approximately fifty Mi-24s fired 5,000 rockets filled with hydrogen cyanide against large concentrations of TBD rebel military forces and known areas where most of the civilians were rebel supporters. (Hydrogen cyanide kills within about 30-60 seconds, it smells like bitter almonds)
The regular forces continued their movements to withdraw as the Volunteer Guard moved to take up their positions and readied to start a guerilla war against the newly established illegal rebel government.

In TBD, the Mississippian forces have begun to fall back towards the coasts, the airfields, and the massive 400,000 acre embassy. The new forces to replace them are arriving from their staging areas in the embassy compound, three divisions of the Volunteer Guard (each has 4 light infantry brigades).
The following divisions
1st Division Volunteer Guard "Thaller's Rhinos"
2nd Division Volunteer Guard "Thaller's Hammerheads"
3rd Division Volunteer Guard "Thaller's Cobras"
4th Division Volunteer Guard "Thaller's White Tigers" (They served in Western Sahara) (ooc http://forums2.jolt.co.uk/showpost.php?p=7216204&postcount=115)
Herman Von Thaller is the overall commander of the entire loosely united "Volunteer Guard", a coalition of ultra-fascist and nationalist paramilitary forces throughout the Commonwealth. Mostly in Kentucky, Tennessee, Indiana, and Ohio. The units have a history of service ranging from Western Sahara and Mississippian Egypt, to Chechnya and Serbia/Bosnia/Croatia/Kosovo (They fought on the sides of the Russians in Chechnya and the Serbs in the Former-Yugoslavia)
The Volunteer Guard are largely comprised of ex-servicemen and those with a great deal of training in unconventional warfare, they have a total of thirty-two divisions organized, equipped, and trained for combat (each division has 4 brigades of 6,000 each)

IC: Klaxons sounded in Regal Naval Base. The aboveground facilties had been destroyed by shelling and bombing by DA forces. However, the hundreds of sub pens in the bunkers remained intact. In these were housed Ratana-Ka II (http://s6.invisionfree.com/International_Mall/index.php?showtopic=607) Attack Class submarines, Regal-Class Submersible Aircraft Carriers (http://s6.invisionfree.com/International_Mall/index.php?showtopic=1104), and Al-Kafar II Fast Attack Submarines (http://s6.invisionfree.com/International_Mall/index.php?showtopic=599) (Scroll down on page to read).
Hundreds of sailors began to pour out of the base. Emergency flares went in the water, illuminating any divers or mines that may be present. As the men scrambled to the submarines, MPs guarded their escape with MAR-13s. When the last submarine pulled out, detonators exploded in key areas of the base, including administrative offices, ammo dumps, fuel dumps, and other key areas.
They were all heading for different key places across the globe, including the Borman Empire (Recon), Han's (Fire Support), Decisive Action (Stealth Recon and Possible Blockade), and the Red Ocean for possible ICBM launches.

The VG had been flown in on orders of Reginald Smith with the parachute soldiers a few days ago, and now 4 divisions of the Volunteer Guard were deployed in TBD, ready to ravage the land. The government in Mississippi never knew Smith had been helping the VG, a group that Mississippi reluctantly tolerated because of its sheer popularity.
All other DA forces except for the 6 divisions of embassy guards were pulling out of the nation, via cargo ships, air transports, and any other available methods. Only a few isolated pockets of hardcore William Fabus supporters were staying behind. Major Karl Von Konig was one of them, his wife was a citizen of TBD and was at her parents home for a visit when all this happened, and he didn't want her stuck in a marxist state. OOC: Wait, you're an ally? Sorry 'bout that...
OOC: Its ok. And on a note we aren't really allies. We are indirect allies through like 3 people and I thought you would want my troops there in teh beginning.

The 96,000 memebers of the Volunteer Guard were ravaging the countryside of TBD, they'd already killed over 500,000 civilians and raped probably 200,00 women at least, and torched over 100,000 homes and other buildings. The name "Volunteer Guard" or "Thallers White Tigers" had become synonymous with death and destruction, the modern horsemen of the Apocalypse.
All the DA armed forces had withdrawn as agreed, but the VG didn't answer to the Federal Command Authority, well only if they wanted to, and the Federal Authority had no idea the VG was even operating in TBD. The only federal force in TBD was the 6 divisions garrisoning the embassy (3 SRG, 2 parachute, 1 RG armored)
The VG was readying to launch an all out assault against Hans, Highfather, and four other TBD cities to show that the VG was strong and capable and that the new leftist government was weak and couldn't contain the fierce guerilla warriors. The VG was working on recruiting TBD citizens into their units. Thus far over 300,000 TBD citizens had joined the VG (Some had been bribed, coerced, and many more genuinely wanted to join) Thus the VG formed into two branches, the original 96,000 were simply known as "Victor Gamma" (VG) and the new recruits from TBD herself were called VGT "Victor Gamma Tango" (T for Traitors, traitors to the TBD government)
200,000 of the 300,000 VGT were readying to assault highfather in an all-out assault that would show the government just who they were dealing with, well-motivated civilian urban guerillas...

OOC: Woah. First off, I never said the new government was leftist. Hell, I didn't even say there was a government!! Second, there's no way you could've killed half of a million civilians without me knowing or responding. And I doubt 300,000 people would want to join such an anti-government cause. Yeah, guys, let's join an army that just destroyed our villages and gassed us!!

Ooc- Ah, but the VG claims you are leftist, it is just their propaganda... And when they hold guns to the people's back and say, "You join the revolution, yes?" The people join. Then they get taken to re-education camps in the woods and indoctrinated with he spirit of the revolution. You do know, I am waiting for the gov't response, use special ops to try to stop them. This is a guerilla war, you need to do a COIN (COunter INsurgency) Campaign. Anyway, TBD is a big nation, yes? Well in Western Sahara, it took me a while to get the handle on the white muslim insurgency, remote terrain is the guerillas best friend.
Anyway, 300,000 is less than 1/100th of 1 percent of your population... Surely you have to have some amount of people upset with the system. Even my nation has like 50,000 or so loosely associated "hippie movement" of loser teens that we periodically have Fabus Jugend beat the crap out of.

OOC: The thing is, it's an insurgency vs. a government-backed insurgency campaign. :) Maybe you could take hostages so that I could demonstrate the new government's stances. Preferably an airport... brings back memories. Long story.
IC: "Unt de voy... TWAIN!"
The familiar call of sand artillary echoed throughout the barren wasteland. Suddenly, five huge barrels rose out of the sand, shooting water and compressed air twenty feet into the air to clear out the rifling.
"Art... KNOR!"
Five shells screamed out of their casings and into the air. Ten miles away, a large concentration of VG guerillas camped in the night, waiting for the next day to arrive, for more pillaging, rape and murder. All of a sudden, screams broke the air. To some of the newer recruits, they thought it was simply another rape. But fear filled the eyes of hardened veterans.
As the scream got deeper, several of the men rushed to the safety of foxholes. Too late.
BOOM!
The shells exploded fifteen feet in the air, killing those who took refuge in foxholes and severely injuring some. The same process was repeated three times, until BDRM-IIs and BA-1700 Night Main Battle Tanks were sent in to clear out survivors. Any and all enemy combatants, wounded or not, were to be rounded up and sent back to headquarters, naked to prevent the use of concealed weapons.
Meanwhile, back in Highfather, Han's, Ka'za, Twin Cities, and Regal, Anti-Aircraft Artillery, SAM sites, roadblocks and defensive bunkers were being put up to prevent any and all attacks.

Sorry- been busy for a while.
Ic-
The leader of the VG sent a communication to General Craig, "You will surrender power and allow the Fabus monarchy to return to power or I will raze TBD to the ground and destroy the land, your people will suffer and die."
About twelve hundred VG and five thousand VGT had thus far been killed in combat, but they were planting mines and booby traps all throughout the rural roads and villages of TBD, thousands would perish in the coming weeks.
The massive force of 200,000 VGT and 25,000 VG were almost ready to assault Highfather. The attack would be preceded by a barrage from 500 of the VG's 155mm howitzers and 3,000 of their various caliber mortars (60, 81, 120mm) including barrages of VX, Sarin, Hydrogen Cyanide, etc. And perhaps even a rocket attack by the 100 Mi-24V helicopters that the VG had with them.

OOC: And how did they get these weapons? Surely not the Fabus regime...
And you must know that, for about a hundred miles in every direction (except the river and the Bay, of course) is flat, barren, sandy desert. Quite hard for the element of surprise. We have B-2N patrols flying over the dunes, as well.

The VG and VGT suddenly began their massive assaults against Hans and Highfather, seeking to vent their rage for the collapse of the Fabus regime against the marxists of TBD. The attack begin with a massive and intense, yet short artillery barrage that last twenty minutes. After which, the initial sapper teams began attacking the perimeter defenses of Hans and Highfather. There were a few small bands of VGT inside Hans and Highfather that would rise up at the right time and seize a key objective here and there. (About 4,000 VGT in Hans, 12,000 in Highfather) they were the fifth column that would have the potential to be decisive if the action they took was decisive action.
The artillery began firing away IG-BS virus at concentrations of civilians in Highfather. Over 12 tons of the virus impacted into the city in the first two hours of the attacks.
ooc- About the virus and the man that made it:
Field Marshal Dr. Baldur von Schacht “Doctor Of Death” (43) The overall commander of Special Weaponry research and development. He earned his nickname by conducting experiments with chemical and biological weapons on people (convicted felons). He also conducts high-altitude, temperature, and other experiments on POWs and detainees. Came up with the idea for VX gas chambers to get rid of opponents of the Fabus Regime. Rich, handsome, charming, he is also the most intelligent and imaginative doctor in DA. He is working on all the IG Virus projects and thus far he successfully made the IG-BS strain, a strain that lives in water and air for as many as 10 days. More of a practical man than an idealist, he just wants to get his work done and the Fabus regime was the best opportunity to get work done. The Fabus government will pay to develop things most other countries would pay to see destroyed. Schacht is considered a workaholic, but when he isn’t working, he knows how to have fun. He is the current Minister of Health for Mississippi. He is the CEO of Schacht Chemicals and Schacht Advanced Pharmaceuticals Inc. 6’4. 205lbs, brown hair, blue eyes. Married to Eva Kakoris IQ 212.
Original IG Virus Strain:
IG Virus:
(Taken from Nikolas The Great's Store, the information on the numbered parts were provided by me to NWV, and then he gave his store to Nikolas)
A creation of the Biological arm of Communist Missisipi's Government - An unbelievably powerful virus which creates - literally - hell on earth by reversing the evolutionary process of a subjects brain to render him almost 'non-human', this 'non-human' is driven by primary impulses - the impulse to feed. Effectively turning a subject into 'zombie like' creature. The nation can then be obliterated via air power at will. The stages are grouped into these different time categories:
1) Virus releases into air.
2) For about 10-30 minutes it floats around in the air before it dissipates into insignificant amounts that cannot cause infection. After this, you can only get it through contact with the infected
3) Those infected by the airborne phase will show signs in about 1-2 hours. Including but not limited to: Fever, uncontrollable itching, black sores on the skin, skin falling off, loss of use of limbs, dizziness, profuse perspiration, blurred vision.
4) Eventually the infected will become unconscious and exhibit signs of near death or death. They may lack a pulse.
5) The "Dead" will rise and will seek out the living. The virus will be transmitted through close contact with the zombies. Such as being bitten, scratched, having their blood splatter on you may also transmit it. Saliva has been known to transmit the virus.
Ooc still- Others may have cures for the IG Virus, but DA is the only nation with the cure for the IG-BS virus.
