The Alexian Empire is now officially applying the international community for Humanitarian and Economic aid.

After the re-unification of the most glorious empire,a malicious enemy,seeing our plight,and need to rebuild,took it as a chance to expand his rule,and invaded,killing and destroying as they went.We repelled the evil enemy,but it left us even more devastated then before.

The Emperor is now forced to rebuild basically every aspect of the country,but we are in dire need of funds.We implore you to hear our plea,and send what you can towards the reconstruction of the nation.

We can accomadate and defend humanitarian and reconstruction workers,but we may and will not accept offers of troops or any military presence of any sort,whether they be peacekeepers or whatnot,as the Alexian people are rather suspicious of foreigners for the moment,due to the invasion,and if they saw armed foreigners deployed,the anti-occupational forces would surly be revived,and the troops would be subject to attack,and we most certainly do not want that.Foreign military presence would do more harm than good,so we cannot except any,but monetary aid and humanitarian/reconstruction workers could be accomadated.

Please help in the reconstuction of the empire,and the wellfare of the Alexian people.

Listen,I appreciate it,thank you very much,but a couple things wrong with it.

1.As I said before,you cannot just enter my capitol building,or country,at will.Such a ship would probably be subject to bombardment by AA batteries.
Don't violate my airspace.

2.Such a radio transmission is not really the way we would communicate,and it would probably be thought to be from a crazed star trek fan,in fact,thats what the wholle operation sound like.

3.Nations as youg as your own are generally seen as not having all that much to give,and need to be given time to grow.

I play to have fun and not because it'll actually lead to me taking over the world so basically why would I want to jeopardise my enjoyment by ruining others? Soldiers and teamsters quickly spirit away the goods crate by crate,most of them uttering a quick thanks to the ships crew.A handfull of soldiers bring over there folding chairs from their posts,and stand guard were the boat is docked,trying to start conversation with the crew.

A small crowd of obsevers gathers,watching the events,some thanking the crewmen,and then losing interet,the crowd starts to talk among themselves of other things.
