The Imperial Navy has had enough of The peoples Ragnarok group trying to incite rebellion and revolution in the Ragnarok district of The Imperial Navy, after the group demanded that Ragnaork be independent from the Imperial Navy's empire.
The Nation of Ragnarok was annexed to Imperial Rule 100 years ago, when a power-mad ruler there declared war on us for no reason. Ragnarok is right off the coast of The Imperial Navy, so troops are being deployed from the home continent to carry out the seizing of all members.
The members will be exiled from Imperial territory, and executed if they try to return. We felt executing them on the spot would be morally wrong, and exile was the best option. However, if they attempt to resist arrest, they will be prosecuted and sent to work mining Tydus minor, where metals are unearthed for use in shipbuilding. This will be for the rest of their lives.
We strongly urge Ragnarok's citizens to comply. other nations, feel free to offer shelter to Ragnaroks exiled citizens. Any attempt at rebellion will be met with extreme force, and will result in an indefinate peroid of martial law.
