We, The People of Ragnarok, have gathered to request that you cease your hundred years of occupation. What happened all those years ago was perpetrated by a madman, deluded into thinking he could invade you.

We now kneel before you and ask that our people be free to govern themselves, and live in a free, independent Ragnarok. Of course, Imperial citizens currently living in Ragnarok are free to stay, but we ask that all military and political influence to our nation cease, and we be allowed to vote for our own government.

IC: The Emperor read the document before him, and smirked.

"So... these people years ago in the time of my father slaughtered the innocent citizens of this nation, and now they want independence? The scum are lucky my father spared them!"

"Sir. you are overeacting again."

The Emperor slumped in his chair.

"Hmm... sorry. but Ragnarok has always been a nation of bother. I just hope they don't take the terrorist option again, or this time I will end this for good."

The Emperor turned to his minister of defence.

Request denied. The fact you let a madman rule you shows how weak you are, and shows that you have no skills to actually run your own government. The occupation ended ages ago, and your nation is now actually classified as part of The Imperial Navy itself. Any attempts to use terrorism or resistance will be met with force. Just settle down and accept that you are now Imperial citizens, with no choice other than to accept our rule.

100 years ago, a madman twice tried to destroy our nation for no reason other than we were the closest. We will not let this happen again.

That was a long time ago Imperial Navy, We have regained our confidence, and such an evil man can never be in power again. And what do you mean, be quiet and accept rule? you cannot scilence revolution!

We have no hostile intentions, but there are others in our nation that do. Do you really expect the people to give up just like that? No. we will continue until we have a free and independent nation.

We suggest you keep quiet and cease your preaching. If you continue to express your demand for "Freedom", all members of your freedom group will be deported out of Imperial Terirtory. If any resistance is met in detaining you, you will be sent to work on the Tydus mines, where you will mine Metals for the rest of your life.

We have decided that only extreme measures can silence the voice of anarchy. We will never allow Ragnarok to govern itself ever again. we will not allow any more innocent blood to be spilt.
