Announcement sent to all nations via uplink software from Christalia (aka: The City of Crystal):

Recently, the High Council of the Guilders announced it's intention to open five above ground fortress cities (OOC: the civilisation is based a mile or so beneath the earths surface in a series of tunnels and huge vaults, since the terroritory above is extremely mountainous), in order that the Guilders after their long isolation, may trade with the world.

The five trading cities are:

D'koth, Stravali, D'ratall, Kretical, Stra'goth

These are partially built at present, but enough so as to allow nations to come and barter in them. The trade is not open just to fellow Nations but to all groups of Freedom Fighters/Terrorists etc, since the Guilders believe in equitable trade to any and all persons.

No non-Guilder may pass into the main network of Guilder cities, since this is forbidden directly by the Council, on the basis of internal security and religion. Any person(s) found in that system/aiding persons in getting to that system, will be subject to Guilder law, and will be deemed to have volenteered themselves for chemical/biological warfare experiments.

The Guilder's are (self-proclaimed) experts in Biological warfare (as a result of long testing schedules and religious motivations), they will be willing to sell some of their stocks of Biological warfare material to the highest bidder, no matter political creed or motivation.

The Current pricing schedule is (per cubic litre):

Mustard Gas 200 Guilders (approx 250 dollars)
Chlorine Gas 200 Guilders (approx 250 dollars)
Antrax: 400 Guilders (approx 500 dollars)
D'tal Airbourne Variety (a neuro-toxin): 800 Guilders (approx 1000 dollars)
Drakh Airbourne Variety (long-term biological alteration (adaptable to biology): 1000 Guilders (approx 1250 dollars)

The Guilders are also interested in purchasing advanced detection/communications equipment, from other nations.

They would also welcome any nation/group, which wishes to set up an embassy within one of the five cities to aid in contact/negotiations dipolomatic or otherwise.

OOC: Having just read the sticky on Terrorism, I think I'll take back that remark about willing to sell to anyone, just other nations then I think. Pardon my mistake.
