PSU COMMON DEFENSE PLAN:
I) All who approve of the plan are bound by it, and may not leave during time of tension or war.
II) This plan provides for the common defense of the PSU sector:
1. All invaders to ANY country in the PSU defense plan will be faced with a mutual attack.
2. Any offensive operations taken by a PSU member will not necessarily be reinforced by fellow offensive operations, but if the tables turn and the PSU member is on the defensive, member nations shall assist.
3. Any WMD strike by another nation against PSU is grounds for a complete attack by member nations.
4. Wars between member nations are not part of this plan.
III) Nations that have disbanded the military:
1. Nations that have disbanded the military are *still* part of the plan, albeit that they will not attack. Nations in this state are required to lend some sort of assistance, be it humanitarian, financial, industrial, etc.
IV) Role-play clause:
Being a game, most of you (cough ObFrog cough) will proceed to laugh and use this plan as medicine paper for the water closet. However, a true role-playing nation should consider this plan seriously. To agree, simply sign with your head of state's title, name, and country.

We are not in a belligerent state at all, but in case anyone thinks that they can impose their will upon any of us, esp. those thinking that they have the right to dominate "barbaric cultures", will be met with force.
