To all whom it may concern,
As of recently, the Holy Eternal Empire of Neo Zyon has begun a project involving the creation of a new nuclear warhead. The reasons were not of belligerent nature, but only of gaining knowledge of these elements and their effects as weapons in-conjunction with each other. We have created, with the help of a few noted scientists of many other nations, two nuclear warhead prototypes each incorporating Francium-Caesium cores at an equivalent of 1230 Kt of force (These were approximated after testing).
The creation of such a weapon was possible by an extreme process of nuclear fusion of the two elements along with the addition of gold and oxygen ions. The gold and oxygen serve as a conduit of the immense electromagnetic and thermal energy released during the fission process during detonation by diffusing the energy in a full spectrum of direction, which created and immense "hot white" glow during detonation and explosion.
Once all possible parameters from underground testing were collected, testing needed to be moved into an exterior environment, away from any life and civilization of course. The ideal setting for the testing turned out to be the desert region of Dionisius' Southern mainland. The area was a 1900 square mile portion of the desert surrounded in all directions by a small chain of mountains. We tested as planned in plain desert terrain, thus the clouds of dust and land masses, and the results were as follows:
Ground Zero of detonation: Crater of 1000 ft. in depth and 8200 ft. in diameter surrounded by a 7200 ft. long, highly radioactive and intensly heated rim.
Destructive Circle Area I: Radius from GZ is 22.3 miles. Peak overpressure recorded at 12.6 psi and lines of horizon were distorted along with large masses of sand and earth being widely spread, broken and some overheated and molten.
Destructive Circle Area II: Radius from GZ is 37.5 miles. Peak overpressure recorded at 7.7 psi. Sand and earth were moved heavily and heated. Thick clouds of super-heated sand and dust were also formed.
Destructive Circle Area III: Radius from GZ is 54.6 miles. Peak overpressure recorded at 5.1 psi. Sand and earth were moved moderately and more clouds of hot sand and dust (Of lesser temperature, but still fatal for organisms) were formed.
Destructive Circle Area IV: Radius from GZ is 69.7 miles. Peak overpressure recorded at 3.4 psi. Sand and earth were moved not too greatly and largely accumulated, less heated clouds (Non-fatal, but still hazardous) of sand and dust were formed.
Destructive Circle Area V: Radius from GZ is 87.9 miles. Peak overpressure recorded at 1.3 psi. Sand and earth were moved slightly and the clouds of dust thickened and settled at this point and beyond, creating a 4-11 ft accumulation of radioactive dust and sand through an area depending on wind and humidity conditions, but averaging at about 2-3 miles.
Beyond Circle Area V: The little damage created at this point is due to the thermal radiation, which may have started fires in a more favorable environment, and luminous radiation, which could cause damage to living organisms and damaged some equipment. These radiations can be felt up to 450 miles away.
The Radioactive fallout results are measured in miles from GZ respectively. 190 miles from GZ there was a Radioactivity level of 3700 rem, a dose way over what is considered fatal, death may result in hours if not minutes during or after exposure. Radioactivity may decrease to safe levels in 10-18 years. 430 miles from GZ was a Radioactivity level of 1050 rem, a lethal dose which may cause death in days, 13 maximum. 605 miles from GZ was a Radioactivity level of 350 rem, which can cause extreme internal damage to digestive, nervous and muscular systems and results in a loss of white blood cells and body hair, death is probable. 900 miles from GZ was a Radioactivity level of 95 rem, which causes drop in wite blood cells and causes no immediate and direct harm, it does, however, increase succeptibility to disease and carcinogenic elements.
Visual aspects of the explosion were unlike any other nuclear bombs in that there were no mushroom cloud, a characteristic icon of these weapons. Instead, there was just an immensely bright, white spherical explosion, with irregular, ray-like projectiles jetting in random directions which resembled comets or shooting stars. Both explosions hade 2-4 rings of light, or "halos" as we called them, extend and eventually diffuse and disappear from the explosions. All these phenomena occured within 5 seconds of the 8 second long spectacle of light.
Parameters and results that display effects on a modern, well developed city with a population of 4.2 million and an area of 450 square miles with approximately 8800 people living per square mile (+- 200) have been created and will be released in a short time, meanwhile, we wish all good luck and prosperity
