Ryusaki sat at his desk, looking at old papers. Although he had been in office for a month, he still needed to catch up with the leftovers from Terumoto's reign.

"Damn, this stack is filled with stupid environmentalists group profiles." He wrinkles, his face, looking disgusted. "Just wait till one of their protests goes out of line."

Ryusaki continues to thumb through the documents. A considerable amount of time passes.

"Zaire, Zimbabwe... Zodiac project. All settled, I guess i'm finished." But when stood up to put the papers back into the file, a folder fell on the floor. On it were the words DEBT.

"I guess I must have missed this one." Ryusaki smirked. "This is going to be fun."

Again he began to thumb through the papers. There was nothing interesting except...

To CAD:

Participants in the second Soviet Expanse war failed to make good on their end
of the deal. As per Bleland's terms, the CAD was to aid in rebuilding the nation
of Vladimir Stremouchov. However, the CAD did not pay, and the coalition was
forced to foot the bill for all repairs. We expect a total of $60 Billion to
be paid to Japanese Antarctica, Former Soviet Mafia, Bleland and Halberdanger.

Once again we ask those connected to Doomingsland through alliances to persuade him to pay back the debt he owes. By ignoring this debt, he effectively ignores the end of the second Soviet Expanse war. If you have any concern for your ally, you would advise him to avoid war and to pay back the debt.

Based on past responses, we have come to the conclusion that Doomingsland's leader has the mentalitity of a pimply 12 year old girl. And Borman's leader can't spell nor speak correctly, and he confuses the names of countries. The CAD's leaders are mindless, uncivil and depraved, Roach Busters probably being the sole exception.
This is the last warning. Doomingsland cannot fight two wars. Pay the money, or pay with your lives. We do not mind adding your territory to ours.

With that order, DEFCON meters in Doomingslandian military bases throughout the world buzzed as the yellow 'DEFCON II' meter lit up, signifying war was immenent. SADMs(special atomic demolitions munition) were issued to battalion commanders at home, and bases in other nations were ready to saddle up and head home...

In addition to this, a new MBT design was rushed into production...(more detail on that later)

Due to conflict of allies, like Generic empire and Borman empire that are in CAD, Greece will not pull out from this conflict and just remain a spectator. We hope that it can be resolved peacefully and diplomatic conferences can be held in Greece.

Due to JA's arrogant and high-handed manner in his dealings with one of our allies, which we find to be highly distasteful, and his insistence on going to war over something as petty as money; which he seemed to have completely forgot about until he stumbled across a document in an old file, we have decided to back our ally in the TBA and CAD if this comes to a conflict. From what I see, he certainly doesn't show it. I'll check out these threads, but from what I've seen over the past few months, he's not that great. I insult him because his mistakes can affect how the reader perceives his post. Again, I won't bring them up unless you specifically want me to cite them. And quit cluttering my thread with OOC posts.

As you know, since we cemented our alliance, I have been collecting secret information from within the C A D alliance, as a trusted member of their inner circle. The fools have still not caught on and ejected me from the region, and I have been able to collect a great deal of information on their armed forces, and the exact locations of many targets of strategic importance. Following this transmission is 12GB of data I have collected which I think you will find useful in your opening assault. As the members of C A D still have no idea I have betrayed them, your attacks on locations they thought were secure wil no doubt come as an enormous surprise.

Blue:Anti-aircraft sights, camofluaged. Consists of 8-12 SA-2s/3s/HAWK SAMs, constantly lit up. In addition to this, there are usualy 4-6 ZPU-23/57 AAA. And finnaly, the most lethal part, 4 subterrainian SA-10/12 or Patriot sights. The SA-10s and 12s are in underground launch tubes, while the patriots are on platforms that raise up when fireing. These are turned off to prevent detection. There are also two radar sights near each sight, one turned on, the other turned off as a back up.

Brown-Missile silos. Three silos per dot, camoflauged.

Black dot-City, all have heavy anti-aircraft presense.

Red-Military base, usualy built into a mountain, unless its an airbase.

The grey area of the map are the badlands, barren desert, totaly devoid of life, save the major cities. There are, however large underground water supplies, used to provide the majnor cities with water. There is also a large presense of active volcanos...

The tan area is desert, Afghanistan type terrain.

Green area are the farming areas and forests.
