"This is Czar Roger Fabus, speaking via the White Peoples Radio and Television Network live from Stahlecker City in Western Sahara. Earlier the other day, forces of aggression from Hogsweat brutally and ruthlessly set upon the peaceful nation of The Burnsian Desert. Early reports indicate that they may have sexually assaulted Queen Sylvia Katrina Fabus, we have yet to confirm that."

"What is known for certain is that the Hogsweatian government is holding King William Fabus of The Burnsian Desert, as a hostage. William is a native of Mississippi and we will not stand for him to be held against his will by a foreign aggressor nation. We are requesting, no we are demanding, that Hogsweat immediately release young William unharmed and without strings being attached to conditions of his release."

William is a fine young man and he is a fine cavalry officer, and during his reign in TBD, he was a fine monarch. I am asking that he be sent immediately back to Mississippi as I no longer consider the situation in TBD stable enough for him to rule directly from there, rather he shall issue his decrees from a safe distance. We currently have plans to allow both he and his wife to live in Mississippi until the situation in TBD is more favorable to allow for their rule to resume."

"Therefore, I am calling upon Hogsweat to respect the established code of ethics for chivalrous gentlemen and immediately and without haste, release William Fabus alive and unharmed, to the safety of Mississippi. Thank you."

Ooc- Just so you know, William Fabus never was taken into the inner workings of the Curtis Fabus regime, the "Inner circle" as it was called. He was excluded from many things, he never even knew about Operation Purification, the gulags, the way the DIS operated, the tortures, etc. His father thought it best if William didn't know anymore than he absolutely had to. And thus not knowing, he could not be involved, his father didn't want him involved in such activities.

"I hope that the powers that be shall agree to mediation and reason. There is no desire on the part of Mississippi or myself, to see bloodshed over this matter. I prefer it be resolved peacefully and quickly."

This is an unmitigated act which would be a precursor to war. However, I wish that it had been Roger that was kidnapped.

Roger Fabus is in Western Sahara?

Ooc- He was, for a conference on Female Slavery Inc and for meetings with Commonwealth officials over slavery in the WS and ME. (Slavery is now officially over, but basically what happened in the south in ante bellum (post war) is that the labor slaves have now become free to move around, but where can they go? They're basically share cropper/wage slaves now, but they can at least save up money and reunite with families) (As for the white breeding stock female slaves, they're mostly just probably going to stay with their former masters, where else could they go?)
