such a law would not make sense and would be disatrous.Sure,tons of places are extremly infringent on women's rights and run just fine,but their different.For example,Pakistan.Women don't REALLY have rights,they do what their father's say until they become practically property of their husband,but listen here,if people were just running around left and right raping here and their,what about aussault,murder and forcible confinement infringements.You can't really rape someone realistically without that happening.
K,again,a look a Pakistan.Say here,that you go rape someones daughter their,k?Guess what happens?They find out who you are,they tell their family,family tells their tribe,tribe hunts you down vigalante style.And say that girl was to be married,as many weddings are planned years in advance.Husband tells his family,family tells tribe,tribe hunts you down vigalante style.And that two tribes out too get you know,or at least one tribe and two families.And that's not mentioning all of these guys friends.And that's in a society where rape is illegal.What would happen if it was?
Anyway,it would cause near anarchy,unless you do like a million other reforms aswell.
