The Fuhrer approached the podium, though he was different, as was the conference. No flashes from cameras went off, and there were no visable advisors around the Fuhrer. It appeared to be a personal direct transmission. The Fuhrer though, was noticably different: A black tube was connected froem the left rear of his skull, the patch of hair aroudn the tube shaved as it looped down, connecting with the upper portion of hsi spinal collum. Around his right ocular was what appeared to be something not so different from the technology used in Fascian bio-mechanical star-ships. His left pupil had what appeared to be metallic slits for some reason, as of now unknown to the populace. No other cybernetic implants were noticeable due to his clothes, but there was more... He began to speak:
Over the past few years (NS), the Fascist Confederacy has slowly been evolving and closing its doors to immigration. Now, four months after the closing of our borders, we have entered our final stage of evolution: The Collective Mind. Via technological advancements, the Aryans of the FC have become connected to one another via a collective conciousness and goal: To become more perfect than perfection, and more powerful than than power itself. We have scoured the dimensional planes searching for more advancements and we continue to do so. We will achieve perfection over existence itself...
The Fuhrer abruptly cut off as he walked off the stage... The FNN broadcast network came in. The woman was Jessica Burgenoff, but was almost unidentifiable due to the bio-mechanical implants covering half of her skull, and other visable parts of her body. This was the treat the international community got for the first every universal broadcast of the FNN. Jessica was happy, and seemed to have no quarrel with the implants as she boasted and showed off hundreds of assimilated Aryans in the streets waving their hands up at teh Fuhrer as he waved back, each smiling happily...
