Northern Chool

The Allied States of Northern Chool were formed only days ago (OOC: yesterday in RL-time), marking a new era for the various small states that had for so long been neutral neighbors. High in the northern hemisphere, the various states deemed it beneficial for all members to band together and form a nation of acknowledgeable political presence. With most members sharing the same ethnic roots, this was not a problem. To solve the problem of which state would have be the 'leading' one, a whole new Northern Choolian state was formed, where representatives from all other states moved to form the Parliament. Presidential elections will be coming soon.
The main concern after the nation's birth is the military. Already compulsory military service has been introduced, and although current weaponry is outdated, modern tactics are taught and modern battle scenes are emulated. Northern Chool is currently on the lookout for military weaponry. If any nation would be willing to sell infantry weapons and hardware at a reasonable price, Northern Chool would be interested in trade. Larger military pieces will be concentrated on around a year later, once Northern Chool has prospered more.
OOC: Just another newbie nation introducing itself ;) . I've already played a few times actually, but I've never had the time to seriously play NS. Hopefully I'll do better this time round. But for now I'll just say hi to everyone! :D
